This was the best hotel we have stayed at in the past 6 weeks travelling through Turkey, Greece, and Italy. The simplicity of leaving our car with them for the 4 days we stayed and let the free shuttle bus from the hotel to take us to the centre of town and main train terminal was great. Staff was awesome and cleanliness was great too. Probably will never come back to Sorrento but I would highly recommend this hotel to any future travellers. Pat

The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We were a family of four and the room was large enough to comfortably accomodate all of us. Thorough housekeeping kept room clean throughout our stay. The terrace outside our room was a bonus especially as it boasted lovely views of the Bay of Naples. Ample selection at breakfast kept everyone happy. Good wifi, no connection issues. Comfortable beds. Lovely rooftop pool. Tasty food at the hotel restaurant.

More frequent shuttle service to Sorrento or to Sant'Angello train station/town centre at the bottom of the hill would be useful

The view was amazing. The staff, particularly Francesco, were kind and accommodating.

While the location is what have your the beautiful panoramic view, it required an extra step to schedule the shuttle down the hill.

This was the trip of a lifetime for me. The hotel shuttle bus was really handy and definitely saved us money on taxis. The room was a decent size and views from the balcony were lovely. The room was super clean. Staff were all really helpful! The pool with a view is also amazing!

You need to book the shuttle bus in advance, and some of the times were slightly awkward. If you are walking the hill is steep, but manageable - but the views are worth it! Food in the hotel is OK and pricey, you can get much better and more authentic by going into the town.

The views were amazing and the food in the restaurant was excellent, the staff very helpful and friendly. very good shuttle service to the station.

I was very worried about strong musty smell in the room. I found out that the wardrobe in the room had a musty smell, impossible to hang our clothes there as the smell was so strong.

The hotel setting is lovely, set higher above Sorrento with stunning views to the bay of Naples. The hotel has a nice traditional feel and decor with a relaxed old school service vibe. The bedroom was comfortable and clean with plenty of storage. The pool area is nice although not too many loungers but lots of little seating areas around the hotel meant there was always a quiet hidden spot to relax. The transfer bus 5 mins to the town was very efficient at regular times through the day. The restaurant and bar staff excellent and friendly as was food at breakfast and dinner. Reception friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our few days and would highly recommend.

Nothing really, maybe only the duvet was a little too light with the air conditioning on but maybe just me!

I stayed at the Hotel Cristina with my husband and 2 teenage sons in late August. The highlights of the hotel were the very friendly and helpful staff, the excellent breakfast and the lovely pool area which was never crowded. We hired a car from Naples airport which the hotel very helpfully stored in their garage (small charge). The shuttle bus that went into Sorrento town was great and a good way to get out in the evenings. The hotel staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. So impressed were we that my Mum and Dad have now booked to stay at the hotel Cristina next Spring.

This hotel was a splurge for us as we wanted a place with a beautiful view and pool. These expectations were met. The view of the hotel was absolutely stunning, both out on the balcony and by the pool. The pool was definitely a highlight of the hotel and of our trip, it was very nice and quiet and not overcrowded. It was up on a hill, and was fairly quiet. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The shuttle was also an excellent perk, as the walk into town was quite long. The 12pm checkout is also great. We would stay again because of the view and pool.

The bed wasn't comfortable, as we got a queen bed, it was two singles pushed together, which made it quite uncomfortable in the centre of the bed. The sound proofing of the rooms was also not good at all, as we heard people snoring in the room next to us, and people talking in the other room.

We loved this beautiful hotel with stunning views of the town below! It was comfortable with views from all over the hotel. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop restaurant and the food was fresh and excellent! The pool was fantastic as was the daily breakfast. The staff were friendly, welcoming and so helpful! We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was not a problem, but you do need to use the hotel shuttle to reach town as there is a steep and narrow road to get down the hill. The great part is that the shuttle runs all day so you just need to call ahead to schedule your rides to and from town.

The size of the room was excellent, very comfortable full size beds, the view was breathtaking, breakfast was always fresh and plenty of change and variety. They rooms were also very clean and the housekeeping staff were efficient and very friendly. The shuttle was a bonus and a lot of times were provided. The location for pick up and drop off was ideal and marina/main piazza easily accessible. Also great access for the ferries.Parking was very easily accessed as well. The staff made the stay incredible a special thanks to Laura and Ivan who were always warm, welcoming, accommodating, informative and helpful!

Nothing comes to mind it was a wonderful stay.
