We had a great 4-night stay in Sorrento. In the middle of a heatwave, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and our room was very cool. The hotel was situated in the perfect location, in the centre of Sorrento, close to cafes, restaurants, the train & bus station to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Even though the elevator was out of order for the 4 nights we were there, the staff carried our luggage up the stairs to the second floor on both arrival & departure. It was lovely to have a nice balcony to sit and watch the world go by. As it was so hot, we did not use the terrace at all. The breakfast room was very nice and very clean with a lovely selection of breakfast goodies.

It would have been nice to have a fridge/minibar to keep drinks cold.

I was pleasantly surprised as we had a non renovated room though it looked bright and modern, better than I expected having a budget room. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with enough choice to fill up for a busy day sightseeing. Staff were lovely, it was nice after a long day travelling to be able to relax on the roof in the sun, with a cold bottle of wine we bought from the shop up the road. Perfect location to reach the centre, the port and next to the train station. I'd stay here if I return to Sorrento

would be nice to have a kettle in the room, though that's if i'm picking at something. There's a cafe next door so easy to grab a coffee somewhere.

Check-in was smooth and they allowed us to check-in earlier than the advertised time. The cot request was fulfilled and they brought it to the room immediately. The rooms were very brightly decorated and were very clean throughout the whole stay. We had the room cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The beds were comfortable which allowed us to have a good nights sleep. The breakfast was lovely. Quite a lot on offer for a nice European Breakfast feel. The different staff members were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Plugs next to the bed, which could allow a UK converter would be of a massive help. In the times of mobile telephones being used as alarm clocks, I think this should be common place in rooms. There were electricity points to allow us to plug a UK converter in, but these were on the other side of the room and there were only 3 of them.

this was a fantastic find in the beautiful Sorrento. So handy to everything, I found it such a perfect location. the train station was 1 minute away and the Main Street and stairs to port 5 minutes away. the room was so clean and modern with usb plugs that made my life much easier. a lovely little roof top lounge and great breakfast selection. I would not hesitate to return to this little gem of a find. staff were also so friendly and helpful. thank you for a wonderful stay.

The elevator was in need of repair but worked when I needed it to so didn’t prevent any major issue. bathroom shelves would make a huge difference as no where to put my toiletries etc.

The hotel staff were lovely, it was very very clean, the rooms cleaned daily, sheets, towel etc nearly daily. The rooftop terrace is superb place to chill and relax for a little bit. Breakfast was lovely hit the spot to set you up for the day. The location was also perfect, 1 min walk from the train/bus station and a few mins walk from the centre of Sorrento.

Honestly nothing, you can hear people move about but it's just a small thing as there is no carpet as the floors are tilled.

Steps to train but never heard it. Loved the 2 shared terraces! Bright and cheery interior. Accommodated my last minute request for 2 rear rooms which were super quiet. Very friendly staff. 5-star service with 3-star pricing. Great value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STAYING HERE! Sorrento is gorgeous!! This was the absolute best of the 4 properties we stayed in. Not sure why Booking.com has such a ‘mediocre’ rating on it???

Nothing in the hotel. Food wasn’t as good as Rome and Florence but that is to be expected.

1st, the location couldn’t be more perfect. A very short walk from the train station made it easy to get to so no need for a cab or any transportation. the hotel is on the main road and are at the heart of everything that Sorrento has to offer. The hotel is run by a family and I was able to meet the father and his son & daughter who help run things. you feel their heart and soul in this place. we were in a room on the 2nd floor facing the street & was able to see the bay from our window. Breakfast was included in our rate and while it was good, this might be the only area that they might try to improve upon but on the whole I would absolutely stay here and recommend Hotel Nice to everyone.

This hotel was perfect! The room, and the location were fantastic, it’s very modern and bright. The hotel is very clean and our room was perfect with a balcony so we could sit out and watch the world go by. The breakfast hall was beautiful and everything you would need for a breakfast to start you off on your day.

The only small little gripe is there only seemed to be 1 plug socket in the room, and it did need a full length mirror, but these were minor things really. There is usb ports to charge your phone.

Clean if a little spare. However, it’s so close to the train and bus station that you can’t go wrong if you’re there for a short stay. I could walk to the center of town in five minutes and to the seaside view in seven. This place was perfect for me since I was there just one night. Beautiful second floor terrace. Breakfast was a little spare as well, the least amount of choice on my month-long trip, but still fine with especially good coffee.

Fewer choices for breakfast than most places.

The hotel is centrally located. It was a very clean facility. Tour excursions picked us at the hotel. The price for the room was fair. the outdoor patio on the second floor is a welcome spot to relax. with shade from the sun.

There was no variety in the offerings of the breakfast. We ate outside of the hotel for half the days. The elevator was barely large enough for the two of us and our luggage.
