Great location near the main road with shops and restaurants in Sorrento. Very beautiful, updated, clean, and spacious room. The host was very responsive and helpful for whatever we needed. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Sorrento.

No elevator so we had to drag our large bags up a few flights of stairs. Entrance to the building is in the back of an alley which did not pose us any issues but could be a concern for some. You get into the building and your room with an online site which worked for us fine but if you are a traveler that doesn’t have cell phone service while in Italy this would be an issue. Host may have a backup plan for this because like I said we didn’t run into this issue!

You need internet connection to access the room. This is very fiddly and unpractical since it implies having a phone without a flat battery, which might happen at the end of the day after visiting several tourist attractions. In addition, one night the door to the building had been locked with a key from the inside. I had to phone the owner (who does not live on the premises) and he had to come out and unlock the door for me. The room view is not nice but the flat is quiet, centrally located and near the station. Be prepared to pay for tourist tax on top of the room charge. It is not included!

Amazing stay. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, AC worked very well, beautiful bathroom, extremely nice and helpful host (Alessandro). Would stay every single time we go back to Sorrento! 10 out of 10 for us! Alessandro, the host, was very kind and also helped us find GF food options for my wife which was very kind and helpful! We wanted to make sure we found a place that was clean, cool, and safe and we really felt this place checked off all three boxes. It was very clean, it was in a quiet but safe area behind a main street, and unlike many other places in Italy the air conditioning worked extremely well during our stay when it was in the 90s every single day during the summer!

Nothing! There was nothing I did not like. We had an amazing stay! I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in visiting Sorrento. It exceeded our expectations! Alessandro was an amazing host! He even found GF options for my wife which was super helpful. I really cannot find a single thing that I had a problem with!

Alex the property manager was awesome. His communication before and during our stay was stellar. He graciously booked us a private pick up in Naples with a full Almafi tour and also a dat trip boating around Capri. Both were beyond perfect! Fantastic private driver, so personable. Our boat Captain and first mate were so much fun and they took us to every hidden spot around Capri! It was a small group from a small beautiful marina… the boat was quite large and also had a restroom. The property is a two minute walk to the train station, but on a very quiet side road that is gated. You can easily walk to breakfast/lunch within a minute or two, there are many options!! The room was the largest and most modern room that we had in all of Italy and we stayed at many. The a/c was also the coldest. Such a gorgeous room!! I highly highly recommend Patriziella…. Having Alex as the property manager and your main contact is icing on the cake! Thank you so much Alex, you are truly awesome and made our stay seamless!!

Very nice room that looks recently renovated. Meticulously cleaned. Quick responses for questions before arriving. Excellent and friendly help for check in. Everything else done conveniently remotely. Location close to center but removed enough so that it was nice and quiet. View at first seemed just okay overlooking town, but we enjoyed sitting on balcony at night looking at mountains over town and listening to music from some distant hotel. Would return gladly.

- great shower with good products - comfortably sized modern bathroom - bright room with lots of natural daylight - very close to train station and centre - spotlessly clean and brand new - safe in the room - complimentary bottle of local wine!

- very minor but the instructions for the virtual check-in could be a bit clearer, to advise that this should be completed before arriving (rather than once at the property), as it takes a bit of time to scan IDs and fill in the form etc.

Easily the best apartment I think I've ever stayed in using Bookings. So clean, modern and fresh. Huge bathroom and very comfy bed. I'm shocked how good value it was. Perfect location, 2 min walk from train station and main square. They left a complimentary bottle of wine which was so good. The Vikey app was a bit intimidating to start with but its actually genius. So simple to use and convenient.

The Vikey box above the door flashes all night and is quite annoying

Comfortable bed, modern and clean facilities, very friendly and helpful host. Great location right next to Sorrento station. Host collected a parcel for us and personally delivered it and also left a complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome gift.

Not much of a view from the room. As easy as the virtual key access is, if you do not have wifi/data it is difficult to access.

Modern Style of apartment, location to all restaurants. Host was very good at replies, we were welcomed with bottle of Prosecco.

No elevator, we had two huge luggages and it was hard to get it up to the second, not counting ground floor. Two locks we had to do thru phone were impossible to operate, even with instructions. Did not have iron in the room or extra towels.

Definitely a 5 star hotel experience, I am a very picky about my accommodation, but this hotel gave me the perfect experience, the cleanliness is perfect, and the attentive alex will meet all your needs, and you get: great location, the best appliances, and great soundproofing for a great price, btw there is a very cheap restaurant downstairs that is always full, try it sometime!
