East close walk to town centre, restaurants and beach. Beautiful views out to sea. The best breakfast we had our whole Europe trip away served in a gorgeous restaurant with the same view over the water. Nice spacious clean rooms and lovely rooftop pool area.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The location and view is great. The rooms are very clean big thanks to the cleaning team! The pool area and pool are superb especially with the view. The breakfast is great as is the bar in the evening. Again big thanks to the staff in Ninos from the lady and gentleman waiters to the breakfast chef who was very pleasant. Great scrambled eggs and fab pastries!

As we said the hotel was excellent just to enhance further we would have loved a softer mattress and a kettle in the room for our needs otherwise perfect.

This hotel was positioned well for Sorrento main attractions. The morning buffet breakfast was really nice and had many options including a freshly cooked small meal (eggs and bacon). The pool facilities were nice and overlooked the ocean. The room was very spacious and had a private bathroom and ours had a balcony as well. Everything was comfortable and clean. Thank you!

As the hotel is quite far from the train station we did have to walk for 15 minutes with our luggage. This is not the hotel’s issue but just something to consider if you are arriving by shuttle or train!

The location was excellent with lovely views from our balcony, the breakfast room & the terrace. The pool looked lovely, just a little cold as beginning of the season. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful both on reception & in the breakfast room. There was plenty of choice for breakfast & nothing was too much trouble, a real treat! The communal lounge & balcony were spotless & lovely to sit in & read whilst having the gorgeous view of the bay & Vesuvius in the distance. The hotel is very conveniently located for the many shops & restaurants & the station is within walking distance.

Our room was a little noisy but earplugs solved the issue. We did start to get mould appearing after a few days & a slight damp ,musty smell. Opening the window helped .

Amazing! Walkable from the train (20 mins with luggage but straight down the pedestrian/shopping street so plenty safe). Room had 2 sections and separate beds for the kids so they had their own space, balcony with a view of the water, and was amazingly quiet with double-doors. Breakfast was full with cooked options and lots of pastries and treats plus helpful and friendly staff. The pool was small but with a nice view and drink service. Awesome home base for a family of 4 looking to enjoy Sorrento and explore the Amalfi Coast.

Air conditioning did not get really cold, but we’re Americans and probably spoiled :)

Great location at the end of the main street in Sorrento close to fabulous restaurants and shops for essentials. Loved the pool and never had a problem getting loungers and umbrella. Very important bonus in Sorrento as access to beaches are difficult and expensive (we went one day and it cost €80 for 2 loungers and 1 umbrella and had to book the day before)! Great base for Sorrento with fabulous views from the balcony. Only 10-15 minute walk to beaches, easily accessed using the lift to the beach area

Not a fault of the hotel but beach access is generally very difficult and expensive in Sorrento.

Lovely views while having an afternoon drink on the bar terrace. Really friendly attentive staff. Perfect location for everything you want to see and do. Just 10 minutes for the meeting point for most tours. Just along the end of the main road from all the shops.Although a little noisy I would think most hotels are as it’s such a busy city!

The rooms were lovely and spacious but a little noisy. Luckily I used earplugs so not a big deal. Our overhead shower didn’t work but we managed with the hand shower. The European adapter plugs we had didn’t work in the sockets in the room only the shaver point in the bathroom.

New and modern hotel. Very good breakfast.

Walls are thin and we could hear talking in the next room. This is no big deal for me. I gave 9 instead of 10 due to an unpleasant incident. After checking out, a disorganized staff member chased every one of our group to the taxi and claimed we didn’t pay, despite showing him the receipt he printed out for us. We finally went back to the hotel to let him confirm our payment from the computer. Except this person, all other staff members we encountered were extremely helpful.

The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the Corso Tasso, the Main Street with shops and restaurants. It had a very nice restaurant and bar with a beautiful view of the bay. The staff was exceptionally nice and would always say “Buon Giornata” and bring me cappuccino without asking. Also in addition to the typical Italian breakfast buffet, you could order scrambled eggs or omelette, all included with a very reasonable room rate.

The bathroom while clean was dated with “plastic” shower doors that didn’t work so well.
