We loved our stay at the hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond for their guests. I was struggling to book restaurants online and after emailing them they booked for me. The hotel location is amazing, right in the centre and close to everything! The room was lovely and clean/spacious- but also the best nights sleep! Complete blackout blinds and we didn't hear a thing, one of the best nights sleep we've had in ages! Also the air conditioner was fab and much needed in the heat! The breakfast was lovely and the staff super friendly. Absolutely loved our stay here and want to thank all of the staff who made it so enjoyable!

The location and the balcony

Breakfast and the breakfast staff were not very friendly. They were not very attentive and their attitude was not like you would expect for a nice hotel. There was a younger female and a younger man, and one woman in back when we came down for breakfast, an hour and half before over, all the tables were dirty, they were just talking, we asked for one table to be cleaned off, but they wanted us to sit at one table that was clean that was right next to the only table with people, they got really put out when my husband asked them to please clean the table off, and asked why the tables were not cleaned off. they were out of coffee, and had not refilled food. It seemed like the young girl with the glasses was the one with the worst attitude.

We liked having our own kitchen to make our own breakfast. The location is close to the piazza, close to Corso Italia, the markets etc. The hotel staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Happy to get us towels and provide advice about which beach club to go to, etc.

The room for larger group in the top floor is not made for those who are 6ft. So we ended up bumping our heads a couple times. So as long as you’re careful, it’s a perfect location, and beautiful room. Breakfast is not included in this room, but we preferred to get breakfast ourselves anyway, as the options the first day (we paid for it) were adequate, but not amazing.

Superb location just off of the main square Bed and pillows super-comfy Good self-service continental breakfast selection of breads, cheese, meats, fresh fruit, streaky bacon, scrambled eggs, juices, hot drinks, oats etc. Lots of choice. Accommodated our late flight back by allowing us to store bags all day after check-out and letting us use restroom to change etc before going to airport. Staff were absolutely lovely, English speaking really helped, very accommodating and friendly. Great walk in shower in the room.

We were on third floor and although on the back of the hotel, you still get a fair amount of noise from the very busy road from the front and area in general......but it is a city centre, and a very busy city. Anticipated this and took ear plugs. Think maybe the seals in the modern tilt and turn opening windows in bedroom and bathroom could be looked at to provide a tighter seal against noise ingress. Minor gripe though in what was otherwise a superb stay.

I love the spa and the shower mint was amazing and the breakfast so delicious. it’s 3 stars hotel but worth to be 4 stars. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the location it’s perfect and easy to find near everything.

I love everything

Everything! The staff is amazing and will take care of your every need. They are there 24 hours a day with a smile on their face and the proper courtesy of a professional team. The Spa is amazing! Clean and run professionally as well, so I suggest always using those services! It’s an amazing little spot in the city center without all the craziness of a big hotel. Breakfast is freshly made with care each morning and the coffee always made your way. If you don’t stay here, you’ll be sorry!

Everything is Perfect! What I didn’t like about my stay is that I couldn’t stay another week at this gem of a place!

This was a last minute booking for 1 night due to the train strikes in Italy forcing us to get to Sorrento a night earlier than planned and our apartment wasn't available early. We were really happy that such a good hotel was available at the last minute, at a really reasonable price. The hotel is in a great location near the main square and shopping rows. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with someone on reception 24/7. You can leave luggage there after checking out. The room was really big, comfortable, modern, and clean. Good facilities. Would consider staying here again if we return to Sorrento.

The hotel was located in the heart of Sorrento! The staff was so helpful and nice! Next door was a great burger place and shopping. Beaches/Ferries/lift was 5 mins away. Breakfast was €6 a person at a local cafe, brioche, cafe, water, meat, and cheese very good for the price. Honestly perfectly located! The hotel room itself was nice. The kitchen was a nice option. The AC worked amazing for the hot days we had during our stay. If you are a light sleeper I suggest bringing ear plugs as it can get loud outside. As well as you can hear other guest walking around above you. The room was clean but I did notice some corners being cut when it comes to cleaning the room (this could be improved). Housekeeping came everyday and brought new towels this was awesome. All in all I recommend this hotel for all.

Cleaning needs to be a bit better. Hotel was not dirty but things like certain parts of the bathroom that need a deep cleaning or new products used.

Tasso is a great Hotel. The location is excellent. The train station is 6 minutes away and the small marina is also very closed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and very complete to start the day. The room was excellent, very comfortable. As soon as you walk out of the hotel you'll find shops, restaurants, landmarks. I loved it.
