The view was spectacular and you close to everything to do travel wise. You are 40 min Pompeii, 90 mins from Almaphi coast, and a 20 min ferry to Capri. The food, staff, including the concierge were top notch. Best breakfast in Sorrento.

I am been nit picky here but we got the jr suite with sea view and in the booking confirmation it should the sr suite photo. The view was still awesome, but it felt like a minor bait and switch. Also, these photos were not on the general photo tab. They were specifically for this room. Also the pool and spa are very nice. I just expected a bit more for the price.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. A stunning building with beautiful architecture and interiors, the gorgeous terrace and views, the amazing staff who are friendly and help with every need as well as all the luxury 5 star touches that felt so special. Our evening in Terazza Bosquet was the best fine dining we have eaten at for some time. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. I have convinced my husband to renew our vows here in the future!

Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. In this instance, you get what you pay for. With a place like this, you don’t need to venture outside the walls of the property. It has the best restaurants, best bars and views of Vesuvius to die for. The staff were incredibly professional, yet they would also remember you and have a laugh with you. We probably had the best pizza we’ve ever eaten at L’Orangerie (the restaurant nestled between the huge outdoor pool and the gorgeous orange groves - try the homemade marmalade by the way!). The Michelin Star restaurant, Terrazza Bosquet was incredible. Attentive service, knowing when and-more importantly-when not to approach, imaginative appetisers, genius wine pairings, delicious food and an even more delicious view - this was the cherry on top of what was already an amazing stay!

We spent a week here on honeymoon. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the moment you arrive its like you are their only guest. The staff are the best people who feel like friends you are leaving when you check out. Cleanliness is unbelievable, beds and towels changed every night. Fridge and toiletries are restocked every day. The grounds are stunning with beautiful plants and flowers, jasmine, roses, lavender. It's intoxicating just walking up the drive Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Now saving up for our next visit.

Wonderful hotel, looking at the Bay of Naples/Vesuvius from our room/balcony Ate at the Michelin restaurant - food was fantastic Biggest selection of cakes/pastries even seen at a breakfast - and they were scrumptious Wonderful piano playing at breakfast - absolutely delightful Also the pianist in the evening was fantastic - the atmosphere created on the balcony was really special

Outstanding world class hotel with extraordinary staff. Attention to detail and to your every need as a guest. Incredible buffet breakfast that has table after table of pastries and fruit and cheeses and meats and eggs etc. or, you can eat in your room. We had a magnificent terrace which overlooked the sea. Great staff. Attention to detail. Lovely evening cocktail space on the grand terrace.

Very expensive room charge, as expected for a leading hotel. Approx $1500.00 USD a night for a top tier room. But the experience is first class so it is well worth it.

Were treated to a complimentary upgrade as we were on our honeymoon. Beautiful hotel, immaculately presented with the most stunning balcony overlooking the marina. One of the finest hotels I've ever seen.

Extortionately expensive restaurant, $40 EUR for a sandwich or burger which whilst delicious, did not justify the prices.

The most exceptional stay we have had in a very long time. The hotel, whilst large, makes each guest feel like the most important person there which is quite a feat! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was brilliant and they certainly delivered. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent and our room was stunning. We cannot wait to stay there again.

the location was fantastic, right downtown, but far enough away from the traffic noise. the hotel is on a cliff overlooking the sea, with a great terrace on which to enjoy an aperitif before walking into the adorable downtown for dinner.

A truly incredible hotel. The staff were incredible, the food beautiful, and the hotel itself stunning. We will definitely go back and strongly recommend to others wanting to travel to the area. They upgraded our room on arrival, and the view from our balcony was beyond incredible. Had such an amazing stay, and special mention goes to the restaurant staff (who were incredible kind and helpful) the concierge service (who assisted abd sorted every request no matter how obscure) and also the spa staff who provided me and my wife with the best massages we have ever had. We’ve both been fortunate enough to stay in some beautiful hotels, and this was right at the top. Also great location hidden away but in the centre of town meaning you have peace and seclusion but also easy access for exploring etc.
