Everything is new and very modern. You can light up the room in many different ways, the bed is comfortable and the TV really big. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, tee, a minibar with free prosecco. The accomodation is in the center, so all attractions can be reached easily. There was a festival going on while I was in Tivoli with loud music and the isolation of the room was pretty good. I would stay here again and can fully recommend it.

The entrance of the building and the staircase is old and not appealing. It doesn't fit the standard of the rooms at all. Also, there is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage to the first floor. As the reception is only occupied on request, you will have to provide the exact time of arrival or call the host. They came immediately to give me the key and show the room.

Very nice room! High end finishings, good size for two of us, spotless when we arrived, good amenities overall. Our hosts were extremely flexible, we got lost and arrived late and they still waited for us to arrive, and had everything ready. Nice simple breakfast included at the cafe next door as well.

Everything was great. The only thing was the toilet had no privacy because there is glass everywhere, and no actual door to fully close when you're in there (you cannot close off the toilet area from the shower, and the shower is open to the main area). Also the shower design allowed a lot of shower water to run out of the shower into the area by the bathtub, and the bathtub drain got stuck as well (this was dealt with by the host without a problem).

The location is perfect. A short walk to Villa d'este (Tivoli Gardens). The restaurant on the ground floor and terrace is used by locals, so it's a great place to observe local culture and even connect with locals in conversation. Our room, 203, (with the rectangular jacuzzi tub) looked out over the restaurant patio below and provided great ambiance to our room above. The hotel is very small, three rooms, and is definitely boutique. You'll feel special to stay here unless you need 24hr service.

I understand that the hotel has been open only 3 months. There will be improvements incorporated through operator's experience. What needs immediate attention is the rain showerhead in room 203. The adjacent ceiling is beginning to show water damage but can be easily fixed. The two side chairs look great but should be more comfortable, and the white upholstery looks great unless you are the housekeeper. :)

Very centrally situated in a building that is being restored. Warm welcome. Big, comfortable room, recently updated to a very high standard. Lots of attention to detail. Large, comfortable bed. Lots of complimentary goodies, eg full minbar, basket of biscuits and cookies, real Nespresso machine.

The room itself. Quite luxurious. A lot of thought had gone into the provision. The location near Villa d'Este and restaurants was very good. Excellent recommendation for restaurant by host.

It was very noisy outside with traffic and revellers although every attempt had been made to soundproof the room. Things quieted down after midnight though.

This experience feels like 5 star accommodation. Amazing! Perfect stay in a beautiful room in a fantastic location. Service, facilities and wonderful breakfast. It’s a must stay - 10/10! Great value too

As far as dinner, it was difficult to find a place to eat because we arrived on a Monday and many restaurants were closed on Mondays. I would have planned differently if I had known.

Rooms located in an apartment building, once inside Domus de Cinti you could tell me expenses spared. All modern conveniences and close to the centre of town. Our host was more than happy to help us with any questions or advice.

The room is simply amazing, located right in the centre of Tivoli yet it is soundproofed so you can't hear anything from the outside. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the Spa is great and very spacious and there really isn't any negative things to highlight. Just highly recommended

Don’t be put off by entrance hall to building. When you go into the Domus reception, it is unbelievably well designed. Massive two person lie down jacuzzi bath was a big surprise.
