The host was very nice. He didn't want us to be lost so he waited for us. He provided us with a pass so the parking was free on the street. The apartment was super clean. You can't see a dust on the floor. He also provided different type of water for free which we didn't see anyone else doing that. Location was excellent. We walked less than 200 feet to get to Villa D'Estat. From our rooms, we can see a castle right next to us.

We didn't realize that we are sharing an apartment with strangers but it is not the host' s fault because when I booked it, I thought it was a hotel. We didn't realize the 2nd floor in EU is 3rd floor for U. S so it was a bit hard on me

This is a beautiful clean property with great attention to detail throughout. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Great location for visiting attractions in tivoli. Breakfast of coffee and lovely croissants in restaurants next door. Lorenzo is a lovely young man, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing trips. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to tivoli.

Every thing was great

The property manager was lovely and so helpful. He met us at the property and guided us through everything including directing us to places we should visit while staying in Tivoli. The property was very clean and the facilities lovely, especially the shower, balcony and water machine giving us the choice of still water or bubbling cold water. The location of this property is wonderful as you can walk to everything you need.

A great place to stay if you are visiting Tivoli, perfect location if you are hoping to visit the sites! The room was spacious and extremely clean, and the bathroom was updated with a wonderful shower. The balcony had a view of the fortress and a little table to have a cup of tea. There is a water dispenser in the common area, and the location was fantastic. Literally a three minute walk to the entrance of Villa d'Este and a four minute walk to the bus stop for Hadrian's Villa, and right off a bustling square. Villa Gregoriana park is a pleasant 15 minute walk through the center of the medieval part of town, which has cute shops and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places for a cool drink on a hot day. The location is easy to find, the hosts were extremely nice and accommodating! I was able to leave my bags early and late, and they offered suggestions on where to eat, what to do, and local logistics. So kind! There is a lift and the AC worked wonderfully. Perfect spot to stay when exploring what Tivoli has to offer.

The room was great! We stayed in a great. The AC was amazing. Balcony looks straight at the castle with blackout blinds and additional curtains. The property is located inside a building so it is very safe.

No Smart TV. Only about three Italian channels, we tried to change the language but it didn’t work. No lobby so it was difficult to find.

Very lovely room and clean.

Wasn't easy to find the place at first , especially in a very busy road. Also it was hard to just park in those streets. It was mostly full in front of the street , so we finished paying one in the big public parking lot 5 min away. Way easier, safer and at least there's always lots of places available.

Lorenzo was a great host, and provided plenty of info about Tivoli restaurants and locations. Check in was very efficient. Property located in a very central location with parking nearby. Parking voucher provided was very helpful. Breakfast vouchers for cafe next door worked well. Our room was beautiful with a comfortable large bed and lovely bathroom.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of space for open luggage. The people were very helpful and went beyond to help us with anything we needed. The location is also perfect! Close to the main attractions and the main alley full of good restaurants. We would definitely go back!

The building where the B&B is located looks very old, and does not give a good first impression, but as soon as you enter the B&B, it all becomes better! The B&B looks renovated and very clean!

The location was great , close to the garden and square where everyone gathers.We didnt know if there were buses running from the train station so we walked up the big path of stairs which was difficult with a suitcase so would be nice to know that there are buses that could take you back to train station especially elderly.

Great location, warm welcoming they provided me with all I need parking, breakfast and even discounts for many cafes and restaurants around. My room had a very nice balcony I enjoyed my late cup of tea in it at night.

The isolation of the room is weak you could hear the room next to you easly this is the only negative thing.
