The property was on the main street and easy to find. The room was very large and well appointed. Our morning hostess was most kind and attentive. There is a good restaurant and bar associated with the B&B which makes it convenient when one does care to venture out again in the evening.

Since parking is a bit tricky, it would have been helpful if someone had been at the B&B at check-in to explain where to park and the process. I believe the B&B tries to communicate too much via texting, rather than in person. Check-in was between 11:00-13:00; after 13:00 we were given clear directions on how to get in. I believe that arriving after 13:00 is not unreasonable, and that having a person available to greet guests and to answer questions essential. There is no lift to haul luggage to one's room.

A stunning property with so much character. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Really loved it. So centrally located and easy to access all the amenities. The staff was very helpful. Out of hours check in was facilitated and they let us store our luggage so we could go across to Favingnana without having to take our suitcases. Loved it!

Only a couple of issues. Reception is limited to 8.30 - 1.00 so if you arrive outside these hours and you have heavy bags there is no lift - you have to haul them up the stairs. The breakfast was not great but this was not a deal breaker as there were dining options in the local town.

This is a charming boutique hotel off an otherwise quite scruffy street in the old town. Very handy for the centre of Trapani. We arrived when the reception was open (but only in the middle of the day) and our hostess was very helpful (she even explained the Italian way with eggs at breakfast). The rooms are right above the restaurant/ bar which also serves a very good breakfast. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and went with the recommendation by our host which was perfect.

The street is a little busy and there’s no good view from the rooms, a bit of a climb to the rooms with no lift… didn’t matter for us but might not suit others.

Breakfast was excellent; typically continental but as we would expect on holiday. Room was very clean and kept so throughout the stay. Staff were lovely, Francesca was very helpful and friendly - as were all of the staff. Previous reviews moan about lack of staff in the evening and no help climbing the stairs but this is made very clear in the description so not a problem for us.

No outside space to relax. WiFi could be better. Can be noisy being on Main Street but no big problem

An amazing place with great design, attention to detail and very conscientious. The bedding and furnishings all exceptional and very comfortable. Our room (superior suite) was very spacious and even had a second bathroom as well as 2 seating areas. Breakfast was excellent and Francesca was super helpful and friend,y. She was a great communicator and provided helpful information for navigating Trapani. We ate in the wine bar/ bistro and had an excellent dinner. Truly a luxury stay.

This place was beautiful! We loved everything about it. Great staff, delicious breakfast with excellent coffee, and we had a great dinner there too. Probably what I loved the most was the interior design and aesthetic. It is so tasteful and authentic. We could walk everywhere from there so location is great. We absolutely loved our room and everything about it!

This is a great choice if you are staying in Trapani for a few nights. We found the room very comfortable, especially the bed. Ideal location as well.

The walls are thin. We could hear other guests coming home late at night and walking around/talking upstairs. This was only an issue for us one out of the three nights we stayed there.

The management is very available, caring and friendly. the room was clean and nicely furnished. good central position. there is a bar on the ground floor, where you can have a drink or eat something from 17.00 on . I left a golden ring in the room when checking out , and was informed about it by the staff. I ordered a delivery service and the managers were so kind to pack and ship it to my home address.

Everything was pretty good. I noted two minor things - 1. the breakfast menu is mostly sweet (cereals, fruits, sweet pastries etc ) . one day we asked if there were some stuff like cheese or ham or eggs , the days after some pizza was served cut in little pieces and e few pieces of cheese; small burgers with cheese and tomatoes. good Choice if drinks though , there was also fresh juice. 2. for 1 night (luckily only 1) there was another couple in the room next to us. when they entered or exited or talked it was rumorous. no intimacy as two rooms were situated in one small closed entrance space.

The staff & service at this hotel was amazing! Everyone was so nice, especially Josie & Liza. They went out of their way to make us comfortable & happy. The suite was beautiful, very comfortable & very clean. Such a delicious breakfast with a variety of pastries, meat, cheese, hard boiled eggs & more. So good. We appreciated the attention to detail & assistance with any questions we had. Josie was absolutely fantastic & really added to our special vacation. Highly recommend staying here. Book a suite if it is available.

Gorgeous property and beautifully renovated. Salvatore did an amazing job explaining the menu and the dinner was absolutely delicious. They renovated rooms are well appointed and beautifully put together. We all absolutely loved our stay.

The only issue is that there is not an elevator, so if anyone has trouble walking, the stairs might be a hindrance. From my group, it was fine.
