Great staff and location! Room was very clean, bed comfy and breakfast well-prepared. Jacuzzi at the rooftop was a nice thing to do after whole day of sightseeing- totally recommend it! :) Can't say a bad word about the room itself; it was really exceptional!

Only area for improvement would be their Spa. We went for "Relax" massage which was advertised as "relaxing and deep." In reality there was barely any pressure put, masseur's phone kept vibrating (both at my and my partner's session), music (nature sounds) kept going on and off, which lead to a big disappointment, and as you can imagine the opposite of being fully relaxed. Worth to add that their other spa facilities (heard there is a sauna etc.) are not included in main price, you need to pay extra for that.

We got upgraded to an amazing room. The shower was one of the best we’ve experienced whilst travelling. There was a lot of mirrors which emphasised the size of the room. The breakfast was really good for Italy standards (few options but good options). The spa was relaxing (but requires an additional payment). And the location was perfect! overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

The sockets didn’t fit our European plugs and we had to ask for an adapter. There was a balcony but the view was of 3 brick walls (so a balcony was pointless unless you’re a smoker maybe)

Facility in room was fantasy. Breakfast is excellent, it was not less and not too much over ( match the balance). Actually I was looking for the cereal (since I had visited Sweden about 25 years ago), please let me know the brand name or send the box picture to my e-mail for my favour. Once I thought to open exactly same concept hotel in Seoul, Korea after visit your cuty & functional hotel. So I even ask your desk who the owner is. Anyway it was good impression. Thanks.

The Palazzo Gatto Art & Spa is a brand new hotel located less than 2 minute walk from one of the main pedestrian streets in Trapani, so you are so close to many restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. You are a 5-7 minute walk to either the harbor or the beach sides of the peninsula. The hotel is immaculately clean, and nicely decorated. The rooms are of the smaller European style, but comfortable. Bathroom is nice, with a large shower. They offered a breakfast buffet each morning with eggs, pastries, meats & cheese, fruit, etc. If parking a car during your stay I recommend using the hotel valet service. Parking can be difficult in the city, with many time-of-day restrictions. The valet service moves the car among various public parking locations to ensure it is always parked in a valid spot. Our car was always readily available when we needed it. The best part of this new hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff! Special thanks to Cristina, Desire, and the others who were great and helping us foreigners discover wonderful things to see and do around Trapani. We were in town for business, but I would definitely put the Palazzo Gatto Art Hotel at the top of my list if I were to return with my family.

My room faced the street with the hotel entrance and things could get a little noisy around 12-1:30am as the late-night crowd was emptying out of the bars and restaurants.

Woow what a great place for the holiday. The property is brand new and up to high design, high-class service, cleanliness and location. Brillintat to stay and they're still developing to further wine bar, a restaurant on the roof& more spa treatment I cannot wait to visit again. Service from the reception to breakfast serving and lovely room service, everyone smile and kin to help wit any issues. There was bit fault with aircon in the room which has been dealt with straight away at 8 pm , which we have had to change room same night. All the staff has been called to help to move all our belongings asap to keep enjoy rest of evening. Woow woow woow. Such warm atmosphere there and We were so upset to check out. Bravo !!

Great boutique hotel. Good spa/wellness centre. Location. Quiet - (for a city hotel). Really helpful staff & reception. Lovely room. well equipped. Great breakfast, nice facilities.

Rooftop. Needs shade. Needs more loungers. Needs a bar/service. For a city hotel it needs somewhere to relax, read, chill, drink, snack.

Really great location in the old town - central but peaceful . Quirky room with art and tech. Friendly staff.

Would be even better if had a small bar (could be an honestly one) on site. The roof top space is great - would be lovely to see the hotel use this opportunity.

Excellent location just a stone's throw away from the shops and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good.

One room had only a very small window on a cavedio - not ideal if you geel a bit claustrophobic, the room was wonderful however in all other aspects and we managed to get a new one
