everything was great, really. nice staff, clean rooms, the rooms and the facilities were EXACTLY as in booking.com pictures. so no over exaggeration, yet the furniture was fresh and it seems that it was renovated not a while ago. we had to check out very early in the morning, so could not manage the breakfast, but I saw the buffet the day before and it was just super good. idk why it’s 3 stars, it’s was such a good and pleasant stay

the only thing we did not quite understand and like is - they have centralised AC system so if you want to turn it off/ on or change temperature, you have to call to the reception. which was kind of weird. other than that super good choice

Poor breakfast, no warm breakfast No coffee machine in the breakfast area No more help from reception, when we arrived just like they did not give us city map or guide about city sightseeing We bout a bottle of water because water from mini bar was not free, they took them and we must use minibar Our flight was early in the morning and they served breakfast from 8:00 A.m, we asked about coffee and crossaint but they gave us just coffee and we lost our 3.th breakfast. When you left hotel you must give room's key to the loby.

Room was clean but quite warm as A/C is not turned on until July, Bathroom is very spacious with a great shower. Towels were changed every day and the bath towel was a very good size. Breakfast was same each day, needs variety, Room could do with a chair to sit down on. Location was really good.

Super clean, large room and huge beautiful. bathroom. The MOST comfortable bed & sheets. Super quiet. The whole establishment is exquisitely decorated (beautiful tile and color). Lovely and helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Central location (although no parking but easily found public pay parking for overnight a short walk away). Everything about this hotel is first class.

everything was top notch. We were worried about parking but it was easy. We were also worried about finding it in the maze of streets but a restaurant we passed told us how to get there. We were quick to learn how to navigate our way back.

Hotel San Michele is a newly renovated building located close enough to the old town that you can everywhere and yet really quiet at night. The interior is really tasteful while rooms, beds, bathrooms and are comfortable and modern. Breakfast might be have the biggest room for improvement but that seems rather typical for Italy.

Breakfast was pretty standard and more for those who like sweet stuff in the morning. Also, parking is complicated and rather expensive.

Beautifully appointed, modern spacious room in a lovely hotel. Good location for exploring the old town/restaurants, and easy access to get the ferry to the islands. Great breakfast. Staff were really lovely and helpful. We used the car valet service for €13 a day for a small car and it worked very well. We had one rainy day and they got the car for us straight away and we went down to the salt flats museum, which was really interesting.

Great hotel in Trapani, close to the old town and many restaurants and places of interest. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The view from the window was not so spectacular (wall of the house) but for just one night we didn't mind. The hotel has a relatively expensive valet service for parking (18 EUR for midsize car). We opted for the cheaper alternative and parked our car in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. We paid about 8 EUR for not quite 24 hours. This meant we had to walk back to the hotel for about 10 minutes, which was ok for us. I recommend travellers to download the app "EasyPark". There are relatively many parking spaces in Sicily in the cities where you can pay with this app (only with internet connection!).

The hotel is an oasis of calm in a jumble of small, tight, narrow streets. Walking into reception is great feeling. we had a top floor room which was beautifully decorated, spotless and with a gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower and juliette balcony. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.

A great location to walk around the old town but as with old towns, parking is on a visitor meter a few blocks away - but no problems parking in early April.

Hotel San Michele has the value of a real boutique hotel. The first time arriving with our rental car was not easy to find but in the end it is very central and quiet. The hotel has an efficient car park service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The interior design in the common areas of the hotel and the room is sublime. For a city hotel the room and bathroom are very spacious. And everything has been thought of in the room. The breakfast is very good with natural products. We highly recommend to stay in San Michele.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a laundry service.

Spent our last day/night in Trapani of our Sicily vacation in the perfect property. Hotel has lovely decor throughout from the lobby to the rooms with really nice attention to detail. Open courtyard area was great to enjoy a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay at Hotel San Michele if visiting Trapani. Parking is easy only 1min walk from property.
