Our experience at iH Hotels Milano Eur - Trezzano sul Naviglio was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They were incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive to our needs, making us feel truly welcomed. One standout moment was after we checked out—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage so we didn’t have to carry it around all day before our flight. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and showed how much they value their guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The excellent service and attention to detail left a lasting impression. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and will definitely return if we’re ever in the area again. Little bite far from center

I really enjoyed my stay at IH Hotel. It was very close to where i had to be in Milan, breakfast was great, the room was big and the staff were all really kind. Unfortunately, I had a hip problem so mobility was bad but the staff was so nice they even helped me to get my luggage in the car. I will surely stay again if I need to be in the area of Milan. The staff here is so friendly and so helpful! that was the best part for sure! also breakfasts was lovely, a lot of choices and they provided me with gluten free breakfast (loads of different things to choose from like brownies, biscuits, cheesecake)!

the property is dated and I believe they will renovate it eventually - fingers crossed!

Staff were excellent, hotel was nice clean and welcoming

Breakfast we came down at 7.05 and no fruit yogurts only plain ones and no brownies either but kids were happy with choice and only 1 room out of 3 had a kettle and coffee so I raided theirs as mine didn't have it

I like the location of the hotel, the bed was fantastic and was very clean, price was affordable! The have late check in and also breakfast was good and included in the price!

We had room for two. Bad was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was very kind, big plus is that they know english.

Bath shower is built-in wall so it is problem if you want to take a bath without washing your hair. It affects women more than man.

Very nice staff. We were there for a concert in San Siro area whcih, by car, was very easy to reach. Even though there didn't seem to be a lot of parking area, we had no problem finding parking right next to the hotel.

Location ok, train and buses nearby, including supermarkets and shopping. Friendly staff, very clean

Unstable wifi, rooms not sound proof so neighbor using shower can be disturbing
