Our host Massimiliano is a very kind and helpful host. We had a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was good. It is quite centrally located but a little bit hard to find the entrance at first.

The only complain was the noise. Due to the building being quite old, the floor creaks a lot and the walls are a little bit thin. So the noises from the neighbouring room can be heard and I had to knock on the next door occupants to lower their noise.

The location is very very great - easy walking distance to the port, train station, downtown area, and most of the tourist attractions. Exceptionally clean rooms and breakfast area. The host was very helpful in getting a taxi for our return and other things we asked for. This will be our top choice for any future visits.

Could have used a waste can and a box of facial tissues in the room, but I am being really picky.

Its location and price. Great communication with the owner. Very clean and convenient.

It was quite noisy, not from the outside but you could hear any movement outside the rooms, particularly from the kitchen area and corridor. Not particularly soundproof but didn’t cause us too much of a problem.

Very clean, welcoming and nice. Owner was easy to be in touch with and accommodating with us. He allowed us an early check in. They even offer luggage storage for free after check out. We were very pleased.

It was difficult to find and identify the B&B. Should be a little more conspicuous for guests to see.

The location was superb, close to the city center. The room was big and clean. Massimiliano is a good host.

It is impossible to drop off luggage at the front door as it is situated at a bus stop where private vehicles are not allowed to drive. There are also no parking facilities nearby. It is nearly impossible to park your car on the street in Trieste. The breakfast only had sweet options.

Our room was very big, comfortable and clean. The location was great, there's busses in front of the hotel and you can easily walk from there around the city too. The owner was very proactive and sent all necessary instructions for check-in in advance and even asked which kind of brioches we wanted for breakfast. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to Trieste!

The location was great, the space was very clean, and we enjoyed that we were asked what croissant flavors we would like for breakfast. Were also given ample instructions for check-in and were able to store our bags on the property after check out so that we could walk around before our late afternoon shuttle.

Excellent location. We arrived early and we called to ask if we could leave our luggage at the B&B until our check in time and they were most accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable and nice modern decor. Would highly recommend.

The only thing I can comment is that the breakfast was disappointing and could have little more variety. I didn't like all the sugar sweet confectionery.

Staff very accomadating. We were allowed to check in and leave our bags when we arrived and also leave bags when we checked out. The coffer making facilities were available all day The B & B was very central for walking every place in Trieste.

Every thing was great. We would happily go back there again

The Manager / Owner, Massimiliano was very nice person. He provided us with helpful information to visit. He also bought a thermometer & medicine for my son without asking when he found out he was not feeling well. That is greatly appreciated. Great Location, Quiet & very clean. I would recommend strongly.
