The hotel is very cozy, and the location is great - 10min walk from Unity Square, and within minutes of all the cute streets you’ll want to see. The staff is very welcoming and kind. A welcome drink upon check in is a nice touch. The room is nice and cozy. It has everything you need, and everything felt well. This is a boutique hotel and it definitely has a style to it.

Overall, the room was great. One big concern I had is with a rain head. The shower comes with a handheld hose and a rain head. The handheld hose was clean, but the rain head had many pieces of hair on it - it clearly wasn’t cleaned before I checked in. Luckily, I saw this and just used the handheld hose, but the rain head was disgusting.

The location of this hotel makes it a perfect choice when visiting Trieste. Just 5min away from Piazza Borsa. Note that the hotel is on the first floor of the building and there are a few steps to climb before reaching the lift so this could be uncomfortable for some people. The rooms are quite small but well furnished.

The breakfast needs to be ordered in advance and is a bit expensive. Being in the city centre, it's cheaper to get a coffee and croissant at a local café.

Great location, close to everything, many restaurants and shops near by. The hotel is at first floor in a very nice building, interior is very chic, they offered us a drink at our choice when we arrived. The room is small but very nice decorated, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, the AC worked well. Bathroom well equipped, ecofrendly toiletries. We parked for free on a parking spot on one of the streets near by, free parking is available only during the weekend.

The room didn’t had to much natural light, the system of locking the door with classic keys, sometimes the elevator was “lazy”

Well located for the bus and train stations, and restaurants, bars, cafes. The staff were marvellous in every way. The room (#104 on level 1), was dark and quite small. French doors opened onto a balcony overlooking a very busy and noisy street, though quiet at night when closed and the aircon running. The breakfast (at an additional charge) was excellent, especially the coffee, great value for EUR10.

The bathroom was very small making it difficult to navigate.

This hotel is so pretty and the room decor was very nice. The breakfast was insane - so good! The location was great and easy to walk to anything we needed.

The aircon didn’t feel very strong and took a while to kick in when we were in the room. We were there in a high heat wave so this allowed the room to be a bit warmer than we would like.

Messages received after booking were very helpful, describing clearly where to park our car. The staff was very friendly and check-in/out were very fast. The room was as described and very clean.

Hotel doesn't really have its own parking and you need to leave your car about 300m from the hotel. The hotel clearly informed us about that and even indicated 2 parking options. So, if you can walk no problem at all.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town city center. You can reach everything easily in walking distance. The facilitles and rooms are modern, in very good condition and nicely decorated. Everything is very clean. Best of all is the very friendly and highly service oriented hotel staff as well as all the complementaries we have received. The coffee and the breakfast were also very nice. Our next stay in Triest will be definately at this hotel again. Thank you for the great stay!

Great location, completely renovated old building, modern design and very clean. The staff is the best, everybody’s kind and discreet from the reception to the cleaning team. You get offered a glass of wine at check in. Had a room facing the small courtyard and never had to turn on the Ac even though it was very hot outside, plus very quiet. Loved it.

The hotel is excellent value and in a perfect spot. I've stayed in several hotels in Trieste, some of which are closer to Piazza Unita, but this hotel is not too far a walk and you don't need to pay too much. They could improve their breakfast offering, but I prefer going out for a walk to have breakfast anyway (you are a 2mins walk from La Bomboniera). My room was chic and always very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful - even on New Year's Eve when I needed an iron. Another benefit is that you are right next door to Buffet da Rudy should you feel very hungry and want some hearty food!

Not much to dislike to be honest. The current entrance is a little underwhelming, but they are improving it and building one on the ground floor. My understanding is that it has been delayed due to Covid. The hotel is what it is. It is unpretentious and yet stylish and comfortable. It doesn't pretend to be the Ritz. It is a boutique hotel in a wonderful city on the Adriatic coast.

Staff was very friendly, helped with all I needed. Room was clean and absolutely matched puctures. In general it was the most stylish hotel I've ever stayed in. And tableware was just perfect. Good location: close to the railway station and the sea. And they had hot mint tea in the hotel in the middle of summer in Italy, where no restaurants had it
