This was a very good choice. The location is excellent. All the staff were very skillful, professional and hospitable. And also, they were very happy to accommodate our bicycles as well. The breakfast was versarile, and everything was tasty. The stairs are beautiful, very retro.

There were veey few points that could be improved, for instance usage of plastic cups could be replaced with glass ones. Second, the room is very clean, stairs are beautiful, but maybe stairs need also a bit of hoovering. The furniture is a bit outdated, but very cute, we loved it.

Location perfect, just 5 mins walk to Train station. The room was as described online, it was spotlessly clean. Bonus to have a fridge in the room especially during summer. Staff pleasant to deal with both before arrival and on site. Very near grand canal and all tourist attractions Continental breakfast available. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

Not a dislike, would have liked Tea/coffee making facilities in room. Saying that I didn’t ask, so maybe they would have supplied if I did.

The breakfast was excellent. Location for us was great not far from the train station and a short taxi ride to the port. Also several nice restaurants close by. We had a roof top penthouse which was not expected !

The room decoration was simplist and except for the bathroom was not upto date. Upon arrival the air conditioning was turned off and the room was very hot and took a while to cool down. They knew we were coming and should have adjusted the temperature accordingly instead of turning it off.

The paid parking is available but not in front of the hotel, it is available in a nearby garage. This should be mentioned at booking so the guests to know what to expect and to plan their stay. Considering the perfect location, this is not a problem but should be only mentioned by the hotel so the guests to obtain complete information.

Very central for what we needed. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok for us set us up for the day and saved messing around trying to find somewhere else. Room was very clean bathroom looked newly renovated. Air con made a bit of a noise but that was very preferable to heat. Great stay would definitely return if I ever was back in Trieste which was a lovely city.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is a five minute walk to both the bus station and the train station. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice,and the staff always greeted us with a smile!

Nothing at all I would highly recommend this hotel I cannot think of anything that Myself and my husband weren’t happy with. After a long day sightseeing we had tea and biscuits in the cafeteria area of the hotel which was very welcoming. We were able to purchase a bottle of wine and have that in our room so all good

Hotel staff was helpful, kind and smiling all the time. The lady at breakfast was taking very good care of the guests. Any major attraction or landmark in town is near to the hotel. When not, bus stops is right outside the accommodation entrance. Like Miramare castle was pretty easy to go to to by bus number 6.

We were given a room at 4th floor. Room number 403. The window was not at all soundproof. Traffic noise in central town is pretty busy and nefarious.

Pleasant hotel in a good location for tourists. Does not have an evening restaurant on premise although t the bar was busy. Had a very nice breakfast included. When we there there the internet was kind of wonky but we were only staying for a night. I would definitely stay in at this hotel again if I return to Trieste.

The internet was wonky they had no idea how to fix it. I think the router probably needed rebooting but that was not going to happen. We were fine since it was only a one night stay. The staff was very nice so it made a negative a positive.

Nice location in the middle of the city, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect, delicious breakfast.

The underground parking is located quite far from the hotel and in order to receive a pilot to open the gates, you need to stay in the middle of the street in Trieste. It is quite stressful, what is even worse, there is no information about that delivered in advance.

Location is good, at edge of city center. Historical building. Quality breakfast. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Old, retro style maintained, so reminiscent of Italian Mafia films (HaHa).

Small room for 4 beds.. The nighttime front desk clerk was a bit rude.
