Room was nice and spacious, on the top floor with a nice view of the mountains. Very comfortable bed and the shades allow one to block all light out! Breakfast was good but i only ordered for one morning. And, the location seems convenient for exploring downtown. I was visiting the university (the opposite direction).

The only one *tiny* issue was that i had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs since the elevator didn't provide access to the top floor. I'm sure if i asked, the staff would have helped me though. So, really, a non-issue.

I liked the location (close to the old town and grocery shops), my room and the whole building (beautiful and historical, with a gorgeous staircase), I liked that there was a small fridge available and I liked my view from the balcony (the Alps visible above the roofs of other buildings).

Black fungal growth in the shower stall (quite a lot of it). I do think that this is a hygienic problem and cleaning staff should deal with it.

Super calm, at least where I was, on the fifth floor. I suspect that those are the former servants' quarters but the triple advantage of 1) small windows with wooden shutters, 2) windows giving on the backyard instead of the street, and 3) being on top of everyone else meant that there was nor noise or light to disturb my sleep. Also very friendly personnel: when I'd realized at the three in the morning that I'd forgotten my key, the nice person on the other end of the emergency number walked me through how to get a spare. And there are a bunch of really nice restaurants in walking distance.

It's not strictly speaking a complaint but the bathroom and shower were a bit small (but then, I'm rather all). The Wifi was a bit spotty at times.

Location was ideal. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. They phoned recommended restaurants until they found one with availability. The hotel was quiet. Parking was very secure.

The room was constructed like an alpine chalet, despite being on the top floor of a large city house. We were on the 5th floor and the lift only went to the 4th.

The location was perfect. Only a couple of minutes walk and you are right in the centre of Turin. The hotel building is beautiful with loads of character. It’s also in a quiet area of the city despite being so close to the centre.

I wish there had been tea & coffee making facilities in the room, (but I had failed to check this when booking). Otherwise I couldn’t fault it.

Excellent location, not to far from the cathedral but also close to tram and bus links. Beautiful old building, with lift and air con. Front desk is not manned all day but you can WhatsApp them with your arrival time. Very helpful and friendly. Beautiful old building

The personal was so welcoming, nice and reasonable. Specially the girls who were working on the reception, always kind and eager to help you any time. The owner as every owner cared only about money, but he was fine.

A beautiful traditional building in a really great location to walk into the historic centre and all the ‘must see’ places. We found the hotel and room to be really well kept and very clean. We had a triple room for just one night which was very quiet with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was a beautiful traditional building, with friendly and helpful staff who were excellent communicators; they could not do enough for us. We were staying in Turin for Eurovision and found the hotel by chance on booking.com but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was a little dated but lovely and spacious (room 23) and the staff were so helpful in giving us tips for the best gelato, and calling taxis for us. Excellent

The hotel rooms are a little tired and could do with a bit of decorating but still lovely and clean. That’s the only slight criticism we had

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Understand that the building is old, and there is a certain style and character about the place. Great value for money and not a long walk to the centre of the city, so location was convenient.

The decor of the room felt too strong (magenta colour scheme). Bathroom was a bit small and "kitchen" unit wasn't really useful. It could do with some freshening up. The place was not dirty at all, but it didn't feel totally clean.
