Good central Location. Everything is reachable by walking. Clean and Modern Hotel, nice Beds and Bathroom. The Spa is small, but has two really nice Saunas. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We got a free Upgrade to the Junio-Suite. The Wlan is fast enought. There is a Privat-Parking Garage close to the Hotel.

Brekfast-Buffet didnt include Meals like Omlettes, Pancakes, poached eggs. The things have to be ordered as Extra for like 8Euros. Its the only 5star Hotel i have been which this Extra costed extra. Parking for 42Euros per Night is on the expensive side. The Spa is opening at Lunch. I wished it would open earlier, at least at 10:00. Rooftop top Bar would have been nice, but is not counting in my review.

This was my second stay. The hotel location is very central. The rooms are comfortable and clean. With the only exception of a female waitress at breakfast, the staff was friendly and well trained, especially the male staff serving at the tables. Please keep in mind the hotel category is 5 stars and not 5 stars + luxury. This means the hotel standards are very good but they don’t provide any services or attention typical of luxury hotels. This is not a negative pointer, just something to be aware of if you are used to 5L hotels.

It’s difficult to find any negatives. I had the feeling the hotel was understaffed given the high season. This could lead to longer check-in or check-out times and chaotic breakfast service during peak times.

After check-in: nobody from the staff asked, if help with the luggage was needed. Freshly squeezed orange juice is not available at breakfast. The worst concentrate is offered as an orange juice. Very disapointing in this premium hotel segment. Biscuits in the hotel room without dust cover (see photo). Disgusting. Toilets (men) at ground floor (lobby, next to elevators) was out of service for several days (see photo). During check-out: nobody from the staff asked about satisfaction with the stay. Nobody asked if a transportation to the airport was needed. When I told that I need a taxi, I was told to "try to catch one at the taxi stand on the other side".

The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful with every aspects and questions we had. This was our first trip to Turin and we were very happy that we found this fantastic hotel with an excellent location for city walking. The hotel bed was exceptional in size and very very comfortable, the AC not noticeable and the room temperature perfect. The view was exceptional over the city to the east. Very nice furniture in the hotel lobby with sofas to sit forever...

Breakfast was OK. Cappucino was very good, but temperature varied. Could be more hot.

Everything was perfect and absolutly wonderful! The stuff is super friendly and helpful. We were looking for a christmas market and asked the reception. They did not find a market, cause there weren't any left, but something similar. It was very luxury and we felt great there! The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choices. The spa was fine especially the stuff and the pool with a lot of whirlpool options. Our room was great - spacious, with a really big bed, a comfy sofa and an amazing marbled bathroom!

The only thing that should be optimized is the opening time of the wellnes area. It's open from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the weekend. Quite short if you like to swim early and late as I do.

Cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy your stay starting from very beginning of the day, until the very midnight. Room are spacious, clean, comfortable One of the best drinks at the lobby bar, best Aperol Spritz in the city. Great breakfast, wide choice high quality food and drinks. And finally Fornt Desk, no this is The Front Desk :) People who love to make your life (and not only your stay at Principe) happier!!! They are just The Great!!! Love to stay at Principe and love to be a guest there! Thank you!

the staff was exceptional as well as the design of the hotel. very elegant. the onsite restaurant and bar were both excellent and a very good wine list. the location was central to all that one would want to be near. easy walking to the sights and shopping.

the water could have been hotter for the shower but it turned out that there was a malfunctioning component but just at the shower. once informed the hotel had someone fix it though we did not figure this out till we were leaving.

To begin with, on arrival we got upgraded from our junior suite to the presidential suite, that was, well... Presidential! The bar's cocktails were really good (try "Torino, Torino") and the restaurant was also quiet, refined and with a good choice of food and wines. The friendly concierge helped us solve a big problem (taxis were on strike and we needed to go to and from the Rammstein's gig at the stadium, so they organized for us a private car). The band was staying at the same hotel, so we ended up being able to say hallo and compliment them for what is, hands down, the best arena live show of the last ten years.

It couldn't have been better.

This is a great property. The location could not be better. It is located in the center of Torino, minutes to the Egyptian museum as well as the Royal Palace Museums. Covered shopping arcades and the most fashionable squares for an outdoor coffee or aperitivo are all very close by foot. Well appointed rooms and the public spaces are all very pleasant.

We expected the staff to speak a bit more English, front desk was fine, breakfast room not so much.

The hotel was lovely. Very centrally located, close to the principal squares of the city and the Mole Museum. Only one block from Via Roma (main shopping street). It is around 10-15mins walk from the old town which is great to visit for dinner & drinks. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel was immaculately clean. The spa was fairly small, but well equipped. The bar was very nice, with a really friendly waiter - very knowledgeable.

Parking was very expensive at 39 Euros per day. No other complaints
