The hotel was generally what I expected. I appreciate that there is always someone at the front desk willing to answer questions. I had taken an overnight bus after a flight cancellation and arrived very early (10:00 am). My room was ready so the staff gave me the key early which was so nice. The toilet seat was oddly narrow (which may have only been in my "eco" room) but other than that the room was as expected - clean with the basics like soap. The breakfast was fine but next time I would probably skip it since I like the "coffee" experience of Italy as opposed to a machine.

The location was perfect! Near both the Porta Nuova and the Porta Sussa train stations and very close to the city center. Everything was within walking distance. The single room was very spacious, bigger than I expected! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was neat. It had everything I needed for my short stay. Great value for money, would definitely come back again!

While I appreciate that the front door was locked during the night, there was no one at the reception to let me back in when I came back to the hotel. I ended up standing outside for some minutes, trying to figure out how to get back in. Seems like some alarm went off and the receptionist went to check, they let me in as soon as they were back so it was all good.

The hotel's location is excellent - not far from any of the main attractions- all reachable by walk. Staff were great and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and accommodating our request for a late checkout. Room was spacious and we enjoyed the little terrace we had overlooking the main road.

Breakfast is nothing special - mostly sweets / cakes- Room was too hot (no AC before 1st July). Mattress (2 next too each other) was bigger than bed base so a feeling of falling off bed on one side!

Location is very convenient. The hotel is not to far from train station (15 min walking distance), and it is right in the center so you can walk to major attractions like palazzo Madama, Museo Egizio, et cetera....Rooms are a bit old fashioned but they were very comfortable. Breakfast is served as buffet and it is very good. Maybe the savory section needs a bit of update, but overall it was very good. Good value for money and for the location. Definitely recommended.

I loved the location. It was perfect. Near everything. There is a nice restaurant nearby, as well as a good supermarket and pharmacy. Within walking distance to main attractions. The hotel is not new but very clean and well kept, free of smell and noise. My bedroom had a good size, was very bright and quiet. My bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big and had great water flow. Breakfast had plenty of choices and quantity. Good quality. The lady at the restaurant was super attentive and prompt. The reception staff were friendly, available and efficient. I loved Torino and Le Petit Hotel was a big part of it! I recommend without a doubt!

Lovely little hotel in a fabulous location in Turin. I originally booked a single room and then upgraded to a double - the double room was enormous (hall + bathroom + room) - the hall was especially useful due to the biblical rain there at the time. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, I thought the price given location was very good.

Slightly dated decor, but charmingly so rather than decrepit. The lift was very slow but I just walked up the stairs.

Location was really good. Near to centre plazas. Quiet in the room. Breakfast is fine. Restaurant has table outside and inside. I had Quattro Staggioni pizza++

Fire alarm Sensor in my room started to give annoying fault alarm in the night. Very promptly I was given bed in another room to continue sleep. It was fixed before I woke up. I could continue my stay in my room after proper rest in another good room.

Staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious. Immaculately tidy. The room decor was a bit dated but kept so clean and maintained so well that you stopped noticing it! The room was spacious, with good storage, a safe, minibar, and a lovely juliet balcony. The location was as good as it gets. We visited the centre, and wherever we ended up, we were never more than a 15-minute walk from the hotel. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Torino.

I found this little Hotel to be wonderful . Situated in the Centre of Turin with access to Public Transport Sightseeing Tours etc. It was spotless, wonderfully situated and the Staff so very helpful. The situation of the Hotel couldn’t be better, just steps away from Piazza Castello. The Breakfast was great. 2 Varieties of Cereal, Boiled Eggs, Turkey Slices, Cheese, Yogurts , Tomatoes,Fresh Bread Rolls Toast, a variety of Fruits Juice Tea Coffee. Unbelievable. The Evening Meal was such a Special event. There is a great Restaurant attached to the Hotel called Marechiaro. The food was just delicious from Pizzas to Argentinian Steaks. The attention to the customers was so special every night. I would have no problem in recommending this lovely lovely little Hotel.

There was nothing to dislike as far as my stay was concerned. Every effort was made to please the Customer.

ours was a one night stopover for a visit to the Egyptian Museum. This hotel was just perfect and well priced. Our family was traveling by train, so we appreciated the easy access to Porta Susa station, too. The rooms were very clean and completely adequate. the courtyard balcony was a plus. note the period w/wo AC…if it is hotter (as it had been a few days prior to our arrival), AC would be very desirable. There is a nice restaurant associated with the hotel, which is very convenient for a quick turnaround visit. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
