I loved the location. Right by the train station Porto Nova. Many bus/tram stops. Right in the middle of Turin Centro and the Pam Local (store) opposite the hotel made buying water and other essentials convenient (come with your bags or buy one at the store). Room came with its bathroom with towels, shampoo, hair dryer etc. If you want to iron, you will need to get an iron and ironing board from the front desk. Mini fridge included which kept out water cold lol. I asked and received a charging block as mine was not made for Europe, saved me from buying one. The breakfast was super convenient with a nice selection. Many dining options around, We loved La Grange and Kipling. I will definitely stay there if when I return to Turino. Bonus, the Arriva bus from the airport stops a few feet from the hotel. Front office folks are very nice.

I liked my stay and experience at the hotel.

From the moment I checked in, I was pleased with my stay in Room 303 because it was spacious, very clean with many perks and amenities such as a kettle, mini bar, hot shower, comfortable full-size bed, long desk, enough closet storage, luggage rack and hooks near the entrance for my coat and hat. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered eggs, tomatoes, sliced cheese and meat, assorted pastries, yogurt, cereals, coffee maker, juices and fresh fruit. I commend the staff for their excellent service. Location was perfect for walking distance from the airport shuttle, Porto Nuovo train station, buses, museums, Valentino Park and Castello, restaurants, stores and local supermarket. The 24-hour reception staff offered a local map that even the airport didn’t have. They were always helpful. Thank you, Doina, Silvia, Camilla, David and the breakfast room staff for a wonderful stay at your hotel! I will recommend your hotel.

I missed having a digital combination safe in the room.

The location, The personnel,The breakfast,cleanliness and services were really good.Nice pont to have a good chair and a big table in the room. The 24hour of reception and the nice pics on the walls make more comfy the hotel.

The room was quite big though quite straight,not so much room on the two sides of the bed to get off. On Saturday night there was quite a big romour from the street till late night for the sorrounding bars (of course it''s not hotel's fault...but can be mire tricky to fall asleep.

Location is great. Room is good too, beds are good. Breakfast was good too. Staff is very friendly. It is clean in the place, a lot of towels. So far I would recommend the place.

The wifi is not the best, didn't work well in our room. Also there is apartment next to the room, which was super noisy one night. And the A/C in one room wasn't working.

Nice clean room with everything you need. Good breakfast. 23.03.2023 at the reception desk was a polite girl with very good english. The hotel has some parking spaces on the street in front of it. Pre-booking costs 40€, I was lucky and one parking space was free by the time we arrived (25€/night). There are underground parking lots within walking distance, but they are likely to be more expensive.

In the part of the room with the bed, far from the entrance, there was a weak Wi-Fi signal.

The position just 1 minute away from Porta Nuova and close to all main cultural sites. The room was spacious enough and breakfast basic but enough choice .

Our room was on the area above a local pub, a meeting for youngsters, and our last night was quite noisy even though all windows closed and double glazed....but it was not a big nuisance as we were tired and slept just the same 😅

The rooms were clean and tidy, and looks like the hotel had just went through a refurbishment. Lovely place and ideal for visiting the center of turin. No shortage of pubs and restaurants to visit.

Quite fussy, but wasn't too keen on breakfast, however plenty of choice for pastries, yoghurts, and eggs, sausages and toast for hot food.

Location is in the heart of Torino which made our travelling super easy. Staff were super helpful & friendly. They did their utmost to accomodate us & our needs. Breakfast was super - huge variety of food.

Hotel wifi was slightly weak in 1 of the rooms I booked. However in the other 1 it was fine.

Excellent location near information centre , train and bus station. Breakfast is good served cooked food with bacon and eggs continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Short distance walk to museum and Piazza Castello and Via Roma . Its nearby restaurants and cafe and stores.

Great Location in the heart of the city centre with good transport links. As the hotel location was so central i personally did alot of walking as i spent all of my time in Turin. The train station is yards away and Milan is less than 1hr travel. The city really comes to life in the afternoon/evening.

There was maintenance going on, either on or next to the hotel which did slightly disturb, but not enough to ruin my trip or cause me to complain.
