The room had space and was very clean. It was located in a very good position and was a quiet neighborhood. I like the fact that the staff was so nice and kept my luggages until i finished work . I am obsessed with cleanliness and everything was tidy. The breakfast was an european italian breakfast. Fresh and simple i enjoyed that. The staff was so social and friendly and was there for everything I needed . They also borrowed me an umbrella because it was raining and checked up on me when they saw I wasnt feeling that well. I loved the old architecture style that the hotel had. I am an architect so it was such a delight eating breakfast surrounded by the beauty of the room.

I wish they had dome flip flops for the toilet but that didnt bother my trip at all . It was great stay !

Great location: close to a metro and tram stop and train station (Porta Susa) Very very friendly staff: they all helped us out very quickly when we had an issue or question Breakfast was nice: good choice of food and very friendly man who made our coffees Room was quite big for 3 people and there was even a bit of a balcony

Unfortunately no mosquito nets on the window (which was necessary at the moment...) They also ask you to leave your key in the hotel while going to the city, which is a bit strange

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable for a good night sleep but above all the staff is very kind and warmly welcomes you to their beautiful hotel! Grazie mille for making my short stay in Torino exceptional! Breakfast was also good at a very nice decorated room!

Nothing was negative.

Magnificent building, huge windows and curtains, oil paintings and chandeliers, old fashioned charm. Our room was a triple,( no doubles left) so was huge, with our own balcony with table and chairs; writing table and comfy armchairs in the room. Exceptional value.

Maybe some fruit on offer at breakfast, but choice was good.

A classical hotel in a fantastic location for all transport and city sightseeing. Spacious rooms, beautiful parquetry floors and period furniture. Lovely breakfast and gorgeous chandeliers in an elegant dining room. Coffee served by a kind and charming gentleman. Beautiful hotel in a great location, staff very helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the breakfast, simple but nice consisting of cold meat and cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, boiled eggs etc and the dining room was lovely.

The beds weren't uncomfortable but the mattress was a little thin and the frame slightly creaky. The lift is also quite noisy depending on the location of your room, but didn't disturb my sleep.

the breakfast was simple but good. Good coffee. Location was excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. The value for money is amazing.

The curtains didn't fully cover the window, so some light came into it.

Very convenient with parking on the yard and pets allowed. The house itself was very beautiful, especially the breakfast hall. The room was big and the location of the hotel was good. Close to metro and not too far to walk to the touristy parts.

They forgot to give us the A/C control for the room, so we had go down to the reception to remind them. Still required to wear a mask in the breakfast hall, even though Covid restrictions had been lifted in the country.

It is a gorgeus property located in the heart of Torino, wonderful hosts and setting. would visit again

Came across this hotel by chance and stayed one night over the Christmas period. It's small, family run and can best be described as charming. It's nothing like a regular, hotel chain but is rather very individual and indeed idiosyncratic! A fantastic building full of charm with exceptionally friendly staff. I sincerely hope that this type of hotel will make it through the corona crisis and that we will not all be obliged to stay in uniformly boring hotel chains which may indeed be better equipped and more 'up to date' but can never offer such an unique and genuinely local experience.
