The room was ok, the main strong point is the bathroom. The cleaning service is at top level. There are a lot of coffee shops and pastry shops in the neighborhood, as well as the main station for the airport bus. The property is located located on a boulevard that goes to the historic center, which is accessible on foot, where you can visit most museums. I recommend for 72 h Torino card, 44 euros, which offers the possibility to visit a large number of museums. I can mention the Lavazza museum, the Royal Museum, the Museum of Oriental Art, the Juventus Stadium Museum, etc. The breakfast is Italian, with espresso and sweeties. We don't eat meat and sweeties, we prefer more vegetables, but we've chosen fresh yoghurt with muesli and fruits, omelette, pressed cheese and cherry tomatoes and it was ok. Overall, taking into account the link with price, this property represents a very good choice for a city break in Torino :)

We were not aware of the Eurovision song contest and scheduled our stay precisely when it was held in Turin. Hotels were very expensive but this one seemed affordable. We did not know it, and the overall quality and location was better than expected. The hotel is set at the limit of the central area of Turin and you can walk to the Royal Palace by pacing along main commercial streets in maybe 20-30 minutes. The location was also convenient because we were driving and we safely parked at the nearby Porta Susa train Station (ask the reception to tell you which park is better) for 9 euros per 24 hours. You can walk from the parking to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. A 30 second walk from the hotel takes you to the underground station from which you easily reach Porta Nuova at the central axis of the town. Breakfast was better than average in a 3 star hotel and they had health measures that we did not see in any of the 4 stars during the trip: they offered plastic gloves at breakfast and so we could serve ourselves without direct contact with the cutlery which others had already used. A simple, efficient method if you care about your own well-being. Reception had usually two persons and we did not have to wait.

Internet at the room was almost inaccessible and when we finally managed to connect, it soon failed. Reception said it was a recent problem that affected some rooms of the third floor and in all fairness if I walked a few yards to the stairs and sat there, internet was available and the signal was steady and strong. Still, the problem should have been addressed in a matter of hours (not days) after it occurred. Baggage keeping after you check out could be improved e.g. with a ticketing system,

The staff was very helpfull ,they spoke English and the room was always clean ,fresh towels everyday ,excellent location to catch bus or tram,breakfast was buffett .

The elevator was slow and the only one .I should say it only costs about 20 euros to put a kettle in the room for those who enjoy a cup of tea before bedtime .

Finally a return to a working minibar here, good to store my water bottles too. Coat hooks. Mirrors. Air con. Telephone. Good sized bathroom with bidet and a rack in the shower for my own stuff. Small key to room on card for the electricity, which you can take with you. Hairdryer. Room safe. Wardrobe. Bedside shelves and bedside lights. Good sized lift. Requested a room on the first floor, which was granted and near the lift. Breakfast was okay, cereals, fruits, breads, cold meats, cheeses and hot food along with a hot drinks and juices machines.

Bed not very comfortable. Pillows too soft, even using 2 pillows. No kettle. Only one lift that was well used as the breakfast room was on the mezzanine floor. To economise (?) they squeezed everyone into one breakfast area so everyone was too close together. also they normally have duplicate lots of machines, food etc, but this was slimmed to only one machine on etc, causing queues.

we love this hotel it is our home when we visit Torino. Just one remark, we arrived to the hotel after midnight (our flight had delays) very very tired after a bus from Malpensa and the desk employee asked us to pay immediately the bill. we asked to let us go to the room and open the suitcases because part of the money was there and he said no. also once we gave him . .the payment, he called our room to ask to change the banconote right now as they don't accept banconotes of 200 euro. it was not a nice experience we came for 5 nights they could wait for the morning after also they have my credit card details as I booked throught booking. you should learn from this experience.

Breakfast was exceptional value. I only paid € 5 for my adult daughter to join me for breakfast as an outside guest. The location was perfect. It was a short distance to the charming historical centre. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The metro is a hop away and the train/bus station is a 5 minute walk. The room is standard but super clean and comfortable. There is an aircon, so I didn´t feel the July heat.

The main street is noisy, so be sure to get a room facing the courtyard.

Ours was a short stay so we were just passing through. We had a quiet room with balcony to the courtyard. Very pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Many choices. Appreciate the scrambled eggs and the tomatoes were outstanding. It was a very walkable area so easy to get to where we wanted to go and to catch our train.

I'm satisfied!

Very close to Porta Susa high-speed train station. This hotel belongs to a small chain in Turin (Best Quality Hotel) that consistently delivers no-frills budget accommodation.

Breakfast could use some seeds. (If you ask for it, they will prepare your cappuccino. Fruit was fresh and tasty.) Because of some temporary undergoing works, access to third floor was possible only by lift. (They kindly asked whether I had issues with this, and offered to swap my room for one on the first floor.)

Staff were very friendly, excellent position close to porta susa station, plenty of decent restaurants nearby and an easy walk along the arcades to the centre of old Turin. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The bed was large and comfy (we went for the room with the larger bed)

The heating in the room was very warm and couldn't be adjusted, the windows led onto a shared balcony so couldn't be left open. Although we didn't have any problems, the left luggage area was open to all and that did make us nervous. It would have been nice to have an integral bar in the hotel.

Location: we had to catch an early bus to the airport to catch our flight and we chose this hotel as it was just round the corner from the airport stop. Nice clean room and large enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).

We were put in a room with facilities for a disabled person. This was no problem but the shower enclosure was very awkward to close and really quite small for someone in a wheelchair. The worst problem though was that we couldn't get the internet in our room. The receptionist tried twice to improve the reception but to no avail.
