A warm and cozy mid-sized hotel in a perfect location on a quiet street in the centre of Turin. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and some delightful common spaces, including a spacious and comfy lounge, and a lovely breakfast room. The breakfast was outstanding, with a buffet with a huge choice of food, and excellent service from the charming staff for your choice of hot drinks. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the surrounding blocks are packed with excellent dining options.

A faultless stay, and a lesson in hospitality that many larger hotels could learn from.

Centrally located hotel with parking; perfect for discovering the city. Friendly and attentive staff. The bar area is fantastic and it was great to enjoy a cocktail before heading out to dinner. The breakfast services was very generous with pastries, meats as well as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. There were traditional cakes too and great coffees offered.

The rooms were comfortable; make sure to query the air conditioning and some rooms were a little warm. Ask for a room with a balcony to get more airflow to help :-)

This is a beautifully kept hotel. Decor and cleanliness were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help us in our every request and were friendly and courteous at all times. The location is perfect - walkable to everything central - and if you want to go further afield - transport is a very short distance away. Breakfast was delicious - with a vast array of food - both hot and cold. I have never seen a breakfast room with so many attentive staff - continuously replenishing absolutely everything. The place was immaculate. The spa was a real treat - again - the staff were exceptionally accommodating. The pool and Jacuzzis were a lovely size - and the rest of the facilities were fantastic and very, very well kept. This hotel will definitely be our 'go-to' place whenever we're in Turin in the future. Disliked · Absolutely nothing!

If I had to mention anything - it would be the presence of young children in the spa. It's really not a place for young children - and screaming, shouting and splashing don't really work in that kind of relaxing atmosphere. Obviously the staff have no control over children's behaviour -so the easiest solution here would be to restrict access.

Absolutely nothing!

We were greeted by the most pleasant and welcoming girl, I'm sorry I don't recall her name, and also got a room upgrade (yes I know this is standard practice for operational reasons but it was nice all the same) The room was spacious and comfy. There is a lovely outside terrace where your can enjoy the breakfast which is plentiful and varied. The real standout is the spa, great pool with steam rooms too, once again staffed by a super nice girl.

That lift is a little bouncy lol!

Excellent location. Very central, discounted parking available nearby. Fabulous breakfasts Big comfortable room. Delightful reception staff.

Aircon in our room was ineffective. Freezing in one corner and a sauna in the other No English speaking TV channels. Not even the dreadful CNN. Not one. The Spa manager woman was incredibly rude and unpleasant in enforcing a bizarre and incomprehensible Italian law mandating the wearing of a bathing cap in public pools. A jobsworth attitude and she demanded we pay for a cap to enter the pool and sauna areas. Take it or leave it. If we’d had open leg wounds , verucca warts, periods, or weeping blisters…. no problem . But loose but loose hair, totally unacceptable! . Isn’t that what the chlorine is for? Discretion anyone?

The hotel was very charming. It was very clean everywhere and the location was great. The spa was not large but was enough. The breakfast room was especially lovely, as was the breakfast! So much choice! The staff were all helpful and those in the dining room were very nice! I really enjoyed my stay here!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like, although I wish that the temperature of the whirlpools in the spa was higher.

Great location, exelent service. Especial thanks to front desk staff for booking an excellent restaurant for us at the late evening and beeing really welcoming us!

For me it was fine, but my husband complained that the mattress was too hard... The Hotel did have a parking, but it was full. We were directed to one near by, but in the morning found out that a hotel discount works if you stay at least 12 hours! Silly...

This is an older hotel that has been kept up beautifully. It is very elegant and the staff is very helpful. I loved having a cocktail and a snack in their pretty little garden patio. I didn't use the pool but I had a great massage at the spa. I had an early flight so couldn't try the breakfast, but I bet it's a good spred! t's a really nice place to stay in Torino. I recommend it highly.

We were greeted by Rueban & Fabiano upon arrival. They were warm and professional and instantly made us feel welcomed. The common facilities are lovely. The breakfast room & terrace were a serene oasis.

The A/C in my room could not be controlled & I caught a cold due to the inability to turn it off.
