Excellent 4 star hotel, modern and elegant, with comfortable rooms and all the facilities you could ask for. The building itself is a renovated villa in a beautiful garden within walking distance from the city center.Special thanks to Artemis, the lovely cleaning lady who made up our room every day!

The front desk staff could have been more pleasant, we did not feel very welcomed but that's just a minor thing. Also the breakfast coordination needs a little improvement, things were finishing and never been replaced sometines.

Amazing , courteous, attentive , friendly staff ( especially the breakfast waitress and daily housekeeper ) Rooms were clean , comfortable and meticulously serviced each day . Lovely surrounding gardens to eat and relax in . Hôtel only a direct stone’s throw to main shopping mall , restaurants etc

If at all , a suggestion that a full bar service be available at the hotel , so we could sit , drink and relax without leaving the hotel ??

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the city center but still without any traffic noise in the rooms or in the garden. For 5 minutes walk you can reach either a little park with playground for kids, or the main street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. We arrived very late (after 22:00) due to the traffic and the reception was supposed to be already closed. Anyway the people were still there and were very friendly, the "machine check-in' makes it even easier to check-in/out. The breakfast was very good, the restaurant is also excellent. The room was clean and spacious, it has everything you need even for a longer stay (towels, soap and so on). We had wonderful time there

The location and setting is great. Dinner was nice at the restaurant. The hotel is clean.

We were in Art Hotel five times. The problem this time was that we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor and sound isolation is really problematic. We were thinking that windows were open, which can explain how loud traffic can be heard from outside. This needs to be fixed. We asked replacement room, but the alternative was a small room.

We have stayed at the Art Hotel for many years while travelling to and from our house in Tuscany. The staff are always welcoming and the breakfast is very good. This year we had our evening meal at the new restaurant and the food was quite exceptional. Out of our trip to and from the UK the restaurant was the best we had experienced. Knowledgeable staff and fabulous food.

Such a friendly staff, and very convenient location, the breakfast was ok, and the staff in the restaurant area was also really attentive. Great parking space, and overall a really nice property.

The room was an average room for an hotel, but pillows were not very comfortable (too hard), and you can easily hear other guests in their rooms (They were not yelling, regular volume), i think it’s about bad sound proofing.

Beautiful interior, well renovated, beautiful decoration for Christmas, nice staff, not too much traffic noise from the room, excellent location, large park across the road, the old town within walking distance. not a bad breakfast, beautiful interior of the restaurant. the room is very clean, spacious bathroom. clean room, TV, fridge and kettle in the room

poor soundproofing inside the building, you can hear all the neighbors and people in the corridor

Particularly comfortable: large airy room plus natural light bathroom. Pleasant breakfast overlooking garden. Good value stay. Only 500m or so from town with endless bars and restaurants. Didn’t try hotel restaurant. WiFi and hot water fine. Auto check-in wasn't needed mid afternoon. 10 mins walk from Villa Panza.

Minor point: wifi is not auto reconnect.

The staff were incredibly friendly and all spoke excellent English. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and worked well. Parking was easy and convenient. The restaurant joined to the hotel was really nice and the service was very good. The breakfast was also good.

restaurant & weren’t open much during our stay which was a shame as the one night it did open it looked beautiful. Hotel is only 5 mins from centre so it didn’t cause any problems
