The host was absolutely amazing, and our room was already cooled down when we arrived. He also made sure we had water when we arrived, sent a walkthrough video of how to get there from the waterbus, and was very helpful with helping us decided what to do for the one night we were there. Breakfast delivered to the room the next morning was a welcome surprise, and it was delicious and more than enough food for the three of us. The host also made sure to get specifics that we requested, and this was our favorite location throughout our trip.

La Loggia is in a great location with access to San Marco Piazza just minutes away. It also had quick access to Rialto Bridge and the main museums. Going just a little off the beaten path gives access to shopping and restaurants. There was no breakfast area but instead it was brought to your room. Rooms were air-conditioned which was critical given the summer heat and the decor was decent.

Our room didn't have any view which isn't surprising given Venice is primarily full of buildings crammed tightly together. Breakfast was decent since it was brought to the room but doesn't allow for something like a breakfast bar that you might find at other places that are larger and can accommodate that. The shower was small which isn't a surprise for Europe but should be noted.

This B&B was superb and so too were the hosts. We received an email about a week before we arrived outlining how to get from the airport by bus and by ferry and a video also to help with navigating the narrow streets. The day we arrived in Venice while we waited at the airport for transfers we got a text message asking if we had arrived ok and if they could assist us with any further questions or difficulties we were encountering. Upon arrival at the B&B we were warmly greeted and asked if we’d like a tea/coffee or Prosecco and were guided as to what to see and do and places to eat etc. We stayed in the yellow en-suite Venice room! It was ample big for two persons and breakfast was served to our room daily at the requested time. It was delicious and is exactly like the pictures they have on their site. Housekeeping attended the room daily with making bed and fresh towels. There was a free mini bar to avail of also if one wishes to do so. The bed was super comfortable. The location was just super as we were only about 2mins walk from St Marks Sq and Rialto bridge so it was super central to all the must see siting seeing buildings.

Just to know there is a tax of €4 per guest per night which I wasn’t aware of until checkout. There is a sign at the desk but because I had pre paid for accommodation before travelling I guessed this charge was included. It wasn’t. This is only as a point of information and would not stop me from returning

Everything was absolutely amazing! Rooms and atmosphere is extremely Venetian and gives off barroques vibes. Building itself is very authentic with excellent location in heart of Venice. Breakfast is served in the room and is quite tasty and it has food for everyone's taste. Mateo was very welcoming and friendly and gave us a short history of Venice in general. I loved the whole experience and definitely would come back!

Lovely B&B situated near to St Mark's Square. Breakfast was great and was delivered to our room each day. Air con was a bonus and much appreciated as Venice is really hot in June. Host was great and very helpful

There was nothing to dislike with the B&B and the facilities but having my purse stolen in the streets was a downer and spoilt our visit a bit. Host was very helpful in directing us to the police station to report the incident

We liked everything about this hotel! It was clean, location was great, air conditioning working, no bad smell in the room and in the hotel generally, and very nice breakfast in the room! But the most important thing to mention is Matteo! A person, who cares about his guests even before their arrival! He sent us a video with an instruction of how to reach the hotel (that is, let’s admit, pretty difficult for those, who visit Venice for the first time), prepared the room for our stay (we celebrated 25th wedding anniversary with my husband), helped to print the documents for out flight. We are definetely coming back to this hotel next time we are visiting Venice!

It's a lovely place!! Besides the fact that this place is literally in the heart of Venice, just minutes away from Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, it is a quiet place to stay. Warm, cozy, colourful, designed and styled to "feel Venice" when being in your room! The owner is super friendly, helpful...it seems that he loves what he does and you can feel that. The rooms are not big but big enough to even enjoy the daily breakfast inroom before exploring the great city. Breakfast is served the way and time you want it - fresh coffee, warm rolls and croissants, fresh fruits... presented like visiting your grannys :-) lovable! Thank you for these three nights at your place, making our trip to Venice even more perfect! Btw the nights are quiet like staying far away from any city or village, making it possible to sleep with open windows if you're in the mood for this - but an aircon is doing it's job in summertimes, too! (Beds are superb as well!)

The location of the property was great to access all the main points of Venice. Whilst the property is a bit difficult to find, the owners provide detailed instructions on how to find the property. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The rooms appear as they do in the photos.

Our double bed was two single beds pushed together which sleeping slightly uncomfortable. The room was also quite dusty in parts and the room had a bit of a smell to it.

Matteo was so helpful when we needed to book a private water taxi at 0320! He made the reservations for us so we didn't have to. He also was very helpful when we got a little lost because the water bus was not running to Rialto because of construction. The house is quaint (small as expected because it is older) and well air conditioned (great for coming in from a hot day in the Venice sun).

The bathroom is small, but that is expected with historic houses.

Very central and easy to get around. Breakfast was Amazing and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. He was happy to help you figure public transport out. It was very quiet and less than 3 min away in St Marks Square there was a music concert and we heard nothing. We loved our stag and recommend it to anyone travelling to Venice. Lovely shops just downstairs and restaurants on your doorstep

Nothing. We loved our stay
