Fantastic location for tourists. Staff were helpful and always at reception. Room was big, had a desk, TV, large bathroom with hair dryer The lobby and other little hang-out rooms in the building were beautiful

TV was pretty old, don't expect much from it Sometimes a little loud outside the window but I think this is more a characteristic of Venice in general

The hotel is 2min away from Piazza San Marcos, so perfect for the ones who want to be in the center. The room looks very "venetian", with colorful fabric walls. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. Everything was very clean.

The breakfast, which you pay on the side, could be better. It is varied, but the food is not of the best quality.

Lovely charming hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and nice staff. Right in the heart of the city. Room was very clean, well furnished and everything worked well - but full of character given the building must be quite old. Decent simple breakfast and staff were really helpful with things like taxis and plug adapters. Would book this again for sure.

Internet didn’t work in top room, but nothing major. Overall - superb.

The Hotel is in such a good location couldnt really be better. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a bit on the small side but nothing wrong with it.

Incredible location, literally seconds away from St Mark's Square. A supermarket is on the doorstep, a pharmacy is nearby too. The breakfast was great, filling and worth the money. The bedroom is a great size but really needs modernising, I can see the look the hotel was going for but the decor, wardrobes, furniture etc are dated compared to the bathroom which is wonderful, super clean and modern and comfortable to use. It was like entering a different hotel when using the bathroom. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. I hope the rooms undergo a little change and modernising but I would stay here again for sure.

The bedrooms really need modernising, new furniture and removal of the fabric walls and fittings above the headboard, this made the room feel stuffy.

I don't really have to say anything bad about the hotel! The ladies kept it really clean every day we've spend there, the location was phenomenal and overall it's a great option if you can book it! I will be coming back again for sure!

Excellent location, a few steps from Piazza San Marco", all around restaurants, shops etc. the room was clean and tidy. Air Conditioner. Great staff

The room has old fashion(but look nice), the carpet looks like the color gone, it was clean but the smell of old carpet was mixed with the clean products. No good for my alergie. The fridge not works. Other then that, it was ok.

Fantastic location, good size room, very clean with good quality linen and towels for the type of hotel. Very friendly staff.

We stayed on level 1 so late evening we could still hear reception staff voices

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for this hotel. It was so close to the main square and easily accessible from the ferry stations. The room itself was large with comfortable facilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. Such value for money!

The room was quite dark but we weren’t in there much anyway!
