The hotel is located nicely, not too far from the square, nice easy walk. Breakfast was good for an Italian :) rooms very big, again for an Italian :) Nice big bathroom Very nice and comfy front terrace

wifi - not working at all super expensive aperitivo - paid 60 eur for 2 prosecco + tray of cold cuts - not even in 5* hotels paid that much saw killed mosquitos on the wall next to bed :( quite ugly careless breakfast attitude: saw the waiter take away the scramble eggs tray to refill meanwhile I asked for a scramble and was brought the leftovers that were taken away from the tray (not touched by anyone, just the tray that stands on buffet table) since they were totally cold - this was almost funny as i understand they probably did not want to throw it away but could have at least warmed it up :)

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. I could not say one bad thing. The staff could not do enough for you and Barbara on recption was very helpful. Cam on the front and the Barman had been there for 20 years, say's a lot. (nothing was ever too much trouble). We splashed out on a Junior suite and if you can - I would say that it is the only way to get the veiw from the balcony, it was special. Breakfast was 10/10 we ate in the breakfast room which is a buffet and ordeded to our room also and it came correct and with no hassle. Great choice and agian always hosted by great staff. We would stay agian next time we come back without doubt :)

The room is really good, the classic furniture is amazing, spacious. Air conditioning works really well despite the size of the room. There is a closet. Nice view from the balcony.

One of the reasons I choose the hotel/room was the Spa tub, but it was terrible it's made to fit only one person and for some reason it doesn't turn on if the water is too hot. What is the point of a hot tub if the water can't get hot?! Plus it's not automatic you have to control the temperature manually. Also the shower is on top of the tub, it would be nicer if it had a separate box for the shower.

Staff very friendly, good breakfast, easy walk into the centre of Venice, fabulous room and hotel accessed by water taxi.

Bathroom a bit cramped but excellent shower and jacuzzi bath. No restaurant on site but good one short walk away.

Everything - splendid view (canal view suite), super friendly staff always willing to help, beautiful interior design, lovely spacious bathroom, the hotel can be reached directly by boat from the airport (both private taxi or regular city transport), the room was very clean and completely sound proof; walking distance from main attractions including concerts and artistic workshops. Do ask the staff for directions and you will get where you need to easily (important for Venice where on-line maps and navigation will get you lost).

The bed was a bit hard, for my taste, but OK. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

Location is perfect: on the grand canal by a water taxi stop and also their own dock. It is easy to get there and get bags to the hotel/room, always an issue in Venice. Great walking to museums and other sites but out of the crowds. Staff and breakfast great.

Venice is all about location, location, location and this hotel has this. It is ideally situated on the Grand Canal to watch this enthralling sight and is ideally positioned for exploring the city.

The room furnishings were a little tired and the breakfast was a little limited in the choices.

We loved everything about the hotel. They arranged our private transfer from the airport, we were upgraded to a waterfront jnr suite. I have nothing negative to say. If we ever return to Venice I would not stay anywhere else. Thankyou for an amazing experience in the perfect location.

The Venetian decor. Comfortable rooms loved the patio for breakfast

We had a suite overlooking the Grand Canal. It was wonderful! We loved standing out on the balconies and watching the world go by. The style was perfect and the size of the suite spacious. We also loved the breakfasts out in the charming courtyard.
