The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center of Verona, within walking distance to all cultural points and on the next street to the shopping area of the city. And there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also hotel provided a list of recommended restaurants and helped with the reservations. All three restaurants from the list, that we tried, were superb. The room itself was amazing - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was big and comfy with clean and fresh linen. The breakfast was served in the room and was very rich.

We love staying at your hotel. The room was very spacious, beds very comfortable and we love our breakfast in the room in the morning. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but I would have love to stay longer. I will recommend your this place to my friends.

It's not your fault about the parking situation, this was our first time in Verona so we didn't know how the city was laid out so we thought we were going to have parking at the hotel, but the staff was very helpful and we did valet parking. They took our car and brought it to us right when we requested.

Wonderful little Hotel with great design taste, great Location and great employees. The Breakfast-Room-Service was amazing and a real highlight! We went there for our Honeymoon and would do it again any time! Valet Parking was also a great option for us as we wanted secure parking!

The Room was clean except for some staines on the armchair in the bedroom and mould on the bathroom wall near the shower. The shower door was leaking and provoked further mould (white mould). The AC smelled mouldy as well, probably due to the old building. Otherwise Room 2A was great!

As our office meetings ended quite late, we only checked-in at around 9:00pm. We booked a total of 5 rooms. Some rooms are of decent size. As we had to split up the room bookings and not all rooms get complimentary breakfast. However, when I contacted them to ask if they could offer complimentary breakfast for all rooms, they had generously agreed to do that. I'm very impressed! we had breakfast set up in our room

The only thing that we didn't like was a shallow wash basin in the bathroom, with water splashing out all over the moment you used it. No complimentary bottled water.

Breakfast was available to order - we did not during our stay. Staff was utterly amazing - SUPER nice and attentive. The room we were supposed to occupy was not ready when we checked in (we were early), so they gave us a room in the main building. It was perfect - modern, new, convenient.

All was exceptional!

I booked a suite, it was very spacious and the ladies and gents at the reception were very helpfull and friendly. They gave lots of good tips from siteseeing to restaurants, to service. Great breakfast, served in the room, due to Covid but felt like roomservice. Central location.

Room was pretty clean but here and there could have been better, the bedside tables were a bit dusty and some of the upholstered furniture contains some stains. Outside it was a bit noisy so sleeping had to wait until 01.00 pm but after that it went very quiet.

Excellent location, very friendly service. We lived in the apartment which is located in a separate building. The apartment was extremely spacious for a family of 4 and very nicely decorated. The only drawback is that they don't serve breakfast in this specific apartment, but this was clear when we made the reservation.

Fantastic location in amongst everything but step through a door to a fully air conditioned reception and rooms and your are all of a sudden transported into quite bless. Super comfortable and spacious . We will stay again

Great breakfast delivered to the apartment. The location is perfect just by the Arena. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Being so central all restaurants and bars were just around the corner.

The lighting was a little weak, some might say mysterious!

Parking situation with no dedicated space to stop for receiving valet service made our arrival really stressful. Other than that nothing to improve.
