Very much like a classic hotel but doesn’t feel old at all in terms of the interior design. Could imagine it to be a good accommodation if you have some business to do too. Staff is extremely friendly and polite. Location is just perfect, it’s in the heart of the city and they also offer private parking for some additional price but it’s worth it if the location and privacy is important for you.

For some reason our room was extremely noisy mainly in the evening and in the morning, we could hear our neighbours taking shower, using the toilet and walking around in the room :/

The expectations are met. Noble and dignified ambience. Attentive, multilingual staff. Everything sparkling clean. The room is very stylish and elegantly furnished. It is a historic hotel where both current and former opera stars such as Maria Callas have stayed.

I observed an older woman openly stealing 3 big packaged cookies from the breakfast room. In a hotel like this, something like that is no go! She should be ashamed if she reads this! Isn't she able to have a piece of pizza for lunch? I wanted to give her 10 euros. The poorest... But the hotel has nothing for that. Maybe put up a notice saying that theft from the breakfast room indicates poor upbringing and manners.

We had such lovely and memorable stay! The room was beautiful and very spacious. The buffet breakfast was superb. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in booking a babysitter at the last minute so we could attend the opera at Verona Arena (thank you so much!!!). The porter staff were also very kind and helpful, directing us from the hotel to the car park nearby (thank you Rana!). You couldn’t ask for a better location in Verona and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

The room was noisier than expected. Noise came in from the laneway below and from those walking around the corridor outside the room. This did not spoil our stay though.

This hotel are exceptional when it comes to ensuring their customers have a great experience. During my stay, I fell very ill. As a result, I had to book an additional night. The hotel only charged me the rate I was already on, even though the additional night was double that. Thanks so much. It was a very nice gesture and meant a lot to me. Even before then, the staff remembered you from the moment you checked in. Had someone carry your bags up to your room from the moment you arrived. I was greeted with a chocolate on my pillow when you got to my room. Each morning the cleaning staff cleaned your room, they left a chocolate on your pillow. Brilliant Christmas tree set up by reception too

What can i say? This was one of the best hotel stays in Italy! The location is amazing - close to all sights. This was also one of the cleanest hotels i have EVER seen. It was so clean i had to look super close to find any kind of spot and i spotted none. They also use some aromatherapy interior perfume and it was really pleasant to be inside. The room had slippers and a bathrobe if i am not mistaken. The pillows and bed were really comfortable. It was that perfect. Add I have not even started on breakfast. The buffet was enormous, the food was of high quality and the restaurant stuff looked really dapper for a morning restaurant service. But of course, we are in Italy so may be it is not surprising that everyone is dressed so nice :) Stay here - it is amazing!

Excellent location in the heart of Verona’s Citta Antica, beautiful old building. Very elegant decor. Room for one person was small but very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast, including mimosas, for 15 euro. Cab ride from the train station 10 euros, to the train station on the way back 17 (maybe because it was Sunday). From the airport Airlink bus #199 to the train station 6 euro (every 20 min, ticket machine located outside the arrivals ).

I like everything

Almost everything went well. very good breakfast. I would certainly stay again if doing more opera. Lovely "rabbit warren" building almost like a home, and staff seem like a big family. I like the connection with the opera. And loved the decoration, and especially the thoughtful lighting.

It seems petty to complain. Being english i drink more tea than coffee, so i need milk in the room. In truth, I was just a bit slow asking.

The location was fantastic. An 8-minute walk from the Arena and even closer to Piazza delle Erbe and Juliette’s house. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous.Beautiful design, comfortable beds and fully equipped rooms with everything you might need. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We went to Verona to see “La Traviata” and the hotel was our second favorite thing about this trip after the Opera. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old city center of Verona, right on the shopping street and nearby all the tourist attractions. The windows isolate the outside sound very well, so you won't even know you're in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. Having a covered parking in such a central location was also a blessing!

Just a bit inconvenient you always need a staff member to go to the garage if you need to access your car, so maybe make sure you don't forget anything there.

The property is in a wonderful location and is attractive.

The guest elevator wasn’t working during our stay, the lighting in the bathroom is very dim and they use flimsy plastic cups in the rooms. A staff member took our luggage to the parking garage and ruined the handle that pulls out to wheel my friends ‘a suitcase. He tried to fix it but it couldn’t be and we had to leave for the airport and she had yo check it with the broken handle.
