The breakfast was amazing. The standart room was big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The decoration was great. It’s a renewed property but I loved the fact that the history was protected and exhibited.

We have travelled with our rental car. The main reason that we’ve booked the hotel was the “car parking” facility. But when we arrived they’ve said that there was no available spot anymore at the property. They later have shared another parking area and said that it’s available which it wasn’t. We called them to ask another option and the nearest parking area was 17 mins by walk. The day of our check out there was a marathon in the city so all the roads were closed (we weren’t mentionned about that). So we had to walk all the way to the car with our luggages.

Beautifully decorated and very clean throughout. Lots of different spaces to sit if you don’t want to stay in your room. Liked the jazz music that was playing in the evenings. My sister and I were upgraded to a junior suite and it was perfect, really made our stay. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Any staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail. Great variety for breakfast. The hotel is in the perfect location. All sights are within 5 to 15 mins walking distance. The train station is a 20 minute walk and we did a trip to Lake Garda which again only takes around 20 mins. I would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom had a glass panel from floor to ceiling which meant you could see straight into the shower area in the bathroom. Not really a problem as we had a separate sitting area. Not sure whether the other bedrooms have this feature, but good to know as this might not suit everyone.

An absolutely fantastic location, a few minutes stroll from the Arena and piazza Erbe. Inside the hotel is a clever combination of the ancient, old and modern, combining Renaissance Verona and modern Scandi design. My junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. Great view from the windows too! Friendly, helpful staff.

Service was good and helpful, though I felt the hotel was understaffed. Check in, for instance, took longer than it should have done. There was only one person in front of me in the queue. Breakfast and the choices of drinks are the bar were a little uninspiring: 7/10. These are just minor quibbles. I would definitely return here.

i knew the former Palazzo Vittoria - the did a great job with the renovation. Staff is great. Location excellent.

The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing or going to the opera. The hotel is very pretty, tastefully decorated, the staff is amazing and they really go out of their way to make the stay pleasing. Rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable. We will for sure stay again during the next opera festival

The breakfast selection is not exactly accommodating to vegans, there isn’t even soy milk, so you’re kinda stuck with sweetened soy yoghurts and fruit, but! If you ask the manager (not the waiters!), you can get something plant-based and healthy outside of the menu.

Amazing clean hotel, friendly helpful staff going extra mile for you, excellent location in the historic part of the city. A city map with the recommendations given by reception upon arrival was very helpful. Special thank you to Paloma. Complimentary waters and wine were appreciated and a really nice gesture. Hotel smells so nice and have hanging giant blooming orchids around. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and in Verona.

Breakfast way too overpriced (74 euro for 2 people per day). Air conditioning is set to a fixed temperature for all rooms, you are only able to move it on 3 degrees up or down, which we still found a bit cold (but it got kindly switched off totally for our room when we asked for it). Please make sure you have money on your card a few days before your trip, as the hotel took a whole amount from our card few days in advance even though payment should have only been taken on arrival as stated on booking website.

Customer service was the standout point for this hotel. Please don't change your friendly welcome and willingness to help guests. The staff were very helpful every time I had a question or needed help, even before checking in. The hotel itself is tucked away but in the city centre. You get the best of both worlds in being in a central location, but it is also quiet as it's on a quiet street off the main road. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern.

The only negative was the room service food. It was terrible; the portion was too small, the taste was bland, presented badly and expensive to the point it was offensive. This was particularly bad and comparable because the food in Verona and Italy is always so good! I did not get the chance to try the breakfast downstairs, and it may have been better, but I cannot comment without trying it.

A beautiful hotel with excellent accommodations, staff and location. It's also the site of Roman ruins that have been preserved and can be viewed near the front desk. Amazing!

NH Collection is a short walk to everything. Restaurants nearby are great and are a bargain in terms of quality and price that I experience in Los Angeles. I hope to make a return trip to spend more time and gain a better appreciation of the history and culture.
