Immaculately clean, well apportioned comfortable accommodation in a prime location. The room was well presented with everything a regular traveller would require provided. Breakfast was delightful with a great choice of breads, fruits, cereals, jams, pastries cheeses and meats. We would definitely stay again and 100% recommend it to others.

Pretty much nothing 😁 If we were being pushed, a really minor point, but we tried to contact the property a couple of times as we knew our check in time would be later than the advertised cut off. The confirmation that there was nothing to worry about came only a couple of days before we were due to travel.

The boutique property is beautifully stylish: the decor is easy on the eye with a great colour scheme, the quality furnishings are so fitting for the property. It’s spotlessly clean throughout. Our ensuite was stunning with a delightful bath area at one end and a separate shower room opposite. From the beautiful bedroom, a door opens into a little terrace which overlooks the pretty courtyard garden. Breakfast is served in this very charming garden. Our host, Maria is a fantastic young lady who is incredibly perceptive of her customers needs and she has an astute eye for detail which is why this place is so special:)) She’s an absolute gem! * Maria’s communication is first class * easy, hassle free booking in * breakfast was delicious with so much choice * a very quiet location with such easy walking access to the centre * free parking is just a 10 minute walk away

The bed was extremely comfortable and room had a beautiful view of the courtyard. As a family home, it was full of history and authenticity.

The check-in process and communication was extremely poor as one did not know when you would receive any confirmation or information about a late check in. We received this at 9 pm the night before we were due to arrive. The air con in the room did not work. There was no drinking water or kettle facilities in the room. Also, we had no privacy from housekeeping where they would enter without permission, and you can hear all neighbours talking and moving beside you. Coffee in the morning is terrible, and breakfast was repetitive but okay. Tiny shower - Be conscious of this! Maria was very nice to counter all of this

The B&B is absolutely charming. Set down a tiny quiet road, it was always quiet. Easy to walk to all the sights and some nice restaurants and bars close by. Our room was a good size with a comfortable super kingsize bed. That was a bonus as the description never said the bed was that big! Enough storage space for a long weekend. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower and plenty of places to store toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and lovely fresh pastries. Lovely to eat in the cute little courtyard when the weather was good enough. Maria was absolutely lovely and no request seemed too much bother for her.

Our host, Maria was delightful. She ensured we had the required entry codes well in advance of the stay and provided us with taxi information as well as tours in the Verona area. The breakfast was the best we have had throughout Italy. Delicious, plentiful and well presented. (great scrambled eggs, Maria.. :-) ) Our room (Romeo and Juliet) was spacious with a wonderful spa-bath as well as a walk-in shower AND a lovely balcony where we dined on picnics and wine. :-) Oh and did I forget to mention the rustic four post bed.!! Fabulous. The location was excellent. Close to the Caste Vechio museum and an easy walk into the heart of astonishing Verona.

If you are mobility impaired, just know that there are 4 stairs leading up to the lift. We have found this in many of the smaller properties we have stayed in whilst in Italy.

We had a wonderful stay in Verona here! Our Host Maria Vittoria was really helpful, she gave us advices and hints, where to eat and so on... The breakfast was made with love, Maria even "fulfilled" our personal preferences. The house ist close to the city center, within ten minuten footwalk you're at the arena. The rooms are influenced by the topic "LOVE" which is represented in every room - a nice Idea! During the night our rooms were really quiet and we slept well. We totally recommend the Relais Ristori for your stay in Verona!

The location is really perfect, 5 minuts walking from Arena di Verona and the center. 10 minuts walking from the trainstation where you can also take the busses to other destinations. Bustop also at 5 minuts. Location quiet, on a little street. The courtyard is amazing, with tables to have breakfast, flowers. All the house is making you feel in Italy, they are maybe 2 rooms with azing balcony. The interiors are very tasteful decorated. Therr is also an elevator. Inside is aso a breakfast place. The breakfast is european, very rich, from fruits, sweets, cerales to cheese, prosciutto, salami, eggs and rrally anything you need. The hoast Maria Vittoria is amazing. Very helpful with every special need, recommandations, print for the checkin, early checkin if you eant to leave the luggage, really anything! More than a property, we had the feeling that we were home in Italy, with friends, thanks again Maria Vittoria!

Beautiful bed and breakfast in Verona. Quiet peaceful location. We had a beautiful room with a private balcony. Short walk to the Arena and all of the beautiful sights of Verona. Lots of reasonable restaurants close by too. Maria (our host)is a very kind,thoughtful, helpful person who was extremely welcoming and made our stay very comfortable.Breakfast was delicious and was served in the courtyard. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Breakfast was outstanding. A huge choice of deli foods, breads, pastries, fruit, juices and yoghurt. We had breakfast in the beautiful courtyard garden in this lovely Italian house. Maria was super friendly and helpful. She allowed us to leave our bags before check in and ordered a taxi for us on the departure day. The room was clean, a good size and comfortable. A good location, close to the arena with cafes and restaurants nearby. Would go back.

Just a small thing. The room lighting was poor. Our room faced the street on street level so we had to keep the blinds down. Poor lighting in the bathroom.

Relais Ristori B&B is truly exceptional. It is located in a quiet area of Verona but within walking distance of the main attractions and the hustle and bustle. Maria is the most generous of hosts. She gave us a very warm welcome, making it easy from the start to checkin late to the property by sending details on WhatsApp. Maria prepared a feast for breakfast, providing us with the most delicious vegan options, as we requested. The soya yoghurt, soya cream, milk, homemade jams, homemade vegan blueberry tarts and biscuits, fruits, homemade houmous and more far exceeded our expectations! There were so many options on the buffet for non-vegans and meat eaters as well. There was in fact so much food that we didn't need to eat lunch! Maria took the time to send us suggestions for things to do around Lake Garda and Verona City via messages on WhatsApp. She always replied promptly to our messages and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience during our 4 night stay in Verona. The bedroom was gorgeous, with a four-poster bed with curtains, air-conditioning, a spacious bathroom and authentic decor. Breakfast was served in the idyllic courtyard. We would not hesitate to recommend Relais Ristori to couples, families, friends and solo travellers. Everyone will leave Relais Ristori feeling like they have been truly spoilt on their holiday!
