We stayed for one night, and I chose this hotel due to its close location to Piazza Bra, as we were going to Arena di Verona for the opera, which was supposed to finish late at night. The hotel is located in a historic building in a quiet street, next to the old city center and all these beautiful sights, including Arena, Castelvecchio, Arca Gavi, and Porta Borsari. Just 15 min walk from Porta Nova railway station, many nice restaurants nearby, as well as Eurospar supermarket. The personnel was very friendly, speaking several European languages. The room was clean and spacious, with free wifi, and the breakfast was pretty good, too.

The hotel is a clean and modern establishment. The hotel is located on a quiet side street within walking distance of good restaurants, the arena and the historic and shopping district. The gentleman at the reception recommended a very good restaurant for dinner before the opera. Following the opera, we comfortably walked back to the hotel after midnight. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

I honestly don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. Perhaps one should know that the hotel has two locations for the rooms. There is the main hotel with reception and the dining room while the other location is a stone’s throw away on the same street.

Breakfast is freash and very good quality products (including the coffee). The bed was confortable. The place is clean and they accept the dogs.

The room we got was ground floor, with a small inner court window - no light. We had to have the light on during the day to see something. I think that kind of room is good just for sleeping. Although the soundproofing is very bad and you can hear everything, so maybe earplugs are good. Check in took long, ~15 minutes and there was just a couple in front.

Clean, airy rooms with high ceilings; plenty of space. Very comfortable bed! Spacious modern bathroom. Very nice breakfast spread for the morning. Great location. Located just off the main square, but on a quiet side street and so it wasn't noisy. Front desk was very helpful, and at checkout called a taxi for us to get to the train station. I wish we had found this place earlier on our Verona stay! Would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Air conditioning control was temperamental, and would keep shutting off, making the room a little warm.

We stayed in the annexe across the road. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The bathrooms need some attention, very cramped and showers not fit for purpose. To be fair staff acted quickly when we asked for a change of room due to state of shower in first room. Cubicles are small, shower head fixed and spray straight into your face, need to change these. Breakfast a little limited in choice

Everything. the property was exactly as advertised, the too albeit a little on the small size was still perfectly acceptable. it was all very clean and today. location perfect in the middle between the train station and the main shopping area. Breakfast room really nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of choice for food and drink including hot bacon and eggs. Staff spoke excellent English and very polite.

The location pinpoint on Booking.com takes you to an extra block of accommodation rather than the main reception desk so a little confusing as it’s further down the street on the other side.

Location is excellent and staff are very friendly. Excellent customer service (see below) Would stay again and would recommend.

Initially given a room next door to the breakfast bar which can be noisy first thing in the morning. The air conditioning was temperamental and stopped working (as did the tv) the card to enter the hotel once reception closed didn’t work. However, once reported to the hotel staff. We were moved to another room immediately and a complimentary gift left in room for us when we returned later that day. This was a nice touch and again an example of the great customer service I mention above.

The staff were really helpful and incredibly friendly. There appeared to be nothing that was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and clean, plenty of lovely towels. Very comfortable. The only minor criticism, which seems applicable to hotels generally in Italy, is that there is no kettle or other means of making a hot drink first thing in the morning.

A minor criticism that there is no way of making a hot drink in the room, first thing in the morning

Friendly and informative staff, good buffet breakfast, cozy and spacious rooms with walk=in shower bathroom, very close to old town. Lots of venues around for food and drink. Apparently there are 3 hotels cooperating together, and as we stayed only 1 night we were kindly offered to stay in a different room to the one we booked so we could be in hotel where breakfast is served.

Seems to be typical in Italy: no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee.

Super comfortable room in a great location to explore Verona. We loved that it was not in the most touristic area and yet a short walk away from the main attractions. We had tickets to the opera at the Arena, which is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Breakfast was not included but really excellent and very reasonably priced.

Complimentary water would be nice
