Location is perfect. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and bathroom is very nice. It is peaceful place with kind staff. Breakfast is nice. They have parking place for charge.

Old fashion style in lobby with artifitial flowers and old mirors , but that is something which is not so important for my general opinion for this hotel.

In a quiet side street location, but very close to piazza Bra. Staff were friendly throughout, with the breakfast lady even remembering our drink preferences each day. Bed was comfortable & windows blocked out any noise from outside. Parking was available, as we pre-reserved it.

The neighbouring properties looked a bit run down , but some are being renovated & the area was safe. The room was a bit warm , with the air system available to blow air but it was not not cool or air con.

-i loved the location and the staff was very hospitable. -the room was cleaned every day and they changed the towels daily but not the sheets. -Room was as described in the photos and the entrance to the hotel was very easy found approximately 5 min from Piazza Bra in the center and 20 minutes by feet from the bus station where you stop from airport. the bed and pillows were the best, saying this from me that have problem sleeping elsewhere without my own pillow.

-i did not like the fact that there was a balcony which we were prohibited to use to smoke. -there were no slippers and you had to pay 5 extra euros so you can have one pair. i dont see the reason why i pay about 125 euros per night without breakfast included and not have these elements included in the price rate - you had to leave the room key to the reception desk each time you went out and it was not very comfortable since you had to take everything valuable with you each time you went out for the day or night - the air conditioning was not at its best

It’s quite a posh hotel. More so than I expected (or wanted). Probably explains the relatively high price of 140€ for a single night in a pretty small room. Apart from the price I can’t complain about anything, but I only stayed for a single night and didn’t even have breakfast there. The desk clerk was visibly horror stricken when I entered the luxurious lobby with my (clean!) bicycle but after his colleague had shown me to the garage he was friendly and spoke perfect English and German. Same for his colleague the next morning.

The rooms are small but clean, and with very comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a quiet alley (we also did not hear that much noise from other guests), in the heart of the city, and very close to everything (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, monuments, shops).

The breakfast options are limited, and they kept running out of bread. We went during a holiday, and there were a lot of guests, so around 9.15 am there were no available tables for breakfast. The breakfast room is very dark and feels small and closed. We checked in after 10 pm, and the person at the front desk was not very friendly (efficient though) and did not provide any information about the facilities.

Fabulous location. Literally 200m from the arena and Piazza Bra with lots of restaurants. I felt safe walking to the piazza at 11pm - it was after an event at the Arena so was quite lively. Staff were really nice and friendly and helpful and hotel itself is wonderful - smells amazing thru out.

I had a single room. The shower cubicle was tiny and doors didn’t fully close. But small issue. Clean and convenient location. Perfect to arrive late at night and check out the next day. If I was staying another night, I’d want a nicer room.

Very friendly staff - always smiling, helpful. Good location - the hotel is located on a side street next to a main city street, but it is very quiet. There is very little traffic in terms of vehicles, mostly pedestrians. You are 2 minutes away from Piazza Bra and you can get on foot easily across the old city center. There is also a super market just around the corner. Very clean - the room was spotless. Quiet and comfortable room. The hotel also was very quiet on the whole. Good breakfast - not a lot of variety, but fresh. You have hard boiled eggs, lots of jams, cereal, ham and cheese, yoghurt. The coffee is very good by the way. Parking on site - 25 Euro a day. It is a little tight and they only have a few places, so you must reserve your place. Also you must leave the key at the reception.

It was a little pricey at almost 200 Euro a night, but I guess it is the norm in 2023. The breakfast could do with a little more variety. Parking could be a little cheaper. I think there is a parking garage near by if they do not have any spare parking spots at the hotel. No possibility of changing the language to english on the TV. In other hotels in Italy I could change this, at least for some of the channels.

The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect literally at the edge of the old town walls, but a moment's walk. A lovely breakfast and the hotel parking was adjacent to the entrance and very secure. Very helpful staff too. The room was luxurious, a comfortable spacious room with great Aircon in the hot weather.

No issues, make sure you are clear on the location only if you are driving, easy to find if you check Google maps first, as it's tucked away entrance could keep you guessing. A great choice.

The room fits two perfectly. Bed is comfy and soundproof is awesome. the bathroom is also pretty, looks like it has been recently renovated.

the staff at the front office could be a little more attentive to the guest in need of help. we were there to ask for a taxi, since the taxi call center was only in italian but the staff were on the phone and could not care less to ask or even showed any sign of readiness to help us. it was kind of urgent, and after standing there 2 mins we gave up, the staff was still on the phone btw.

Breakfast exceptional, staff very friendly . Location perfect , 2 minutes from the Arena! Parking available on site and easily reserved thru the hotel

Air conditioning quite noisy and electric “ tripped “ easily. This particular room may need AC unit refurbishment or replacement. Parking garage very narrow for parking . Recommend taking a small car!
