It is located right between the train station and the historic center, so not a long walk on either direction. The hotel is simple but it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had a good size, and the staff was helpful. The bed is a bit too hard for my taste, but we noticed this to be a pattern in this region of Italy, so perhaps just a local pattern and a matter of individual preference. Great staff, very friendly and helpful!

The location was excellent. We got the bus from Bardolino and got off the bus at Via Valverde and it was a very short walk to the hotel + which had excellent signage so we could see it even though we weren’t standing on Via Marconi. Check in by Martina was very swift and professional. We arrived before the usual check in time so we left our luggage in the locked bag store and went to explore. Martina gave us a map and pointed out the location of the hotel and so we set off to explore. Verona is a beautiful city and we loved it and really enjoyed our stay. We went to the Opera di Verona on the Sunday evening and that was magical. The hotel dining room was not able to accommodate us for breakfast at an additional cost of 9 Euros so we just ate out each day as there are plenty of places to get food in the locality. Depending on which part of the Centro you wanted to be would decide if you turn left or right out of the hotel. Either way it was only a ten to fifteen minute walk and was very easy to find our way around. There was a fridge in the lobby with cold drinks for purchase and they were very reasonably priced. Also, there was a coffee machine which offered a variety of coffees for only 60 cents - and, for vending machine coffee they used capsules which impressed us. The hotel and our room was very clean. Visibly, instantly and obviously clean. Which is what I like to see upon entering an establishment. The room we had had a small balcony which was delightful to sit outdoors. The room was adequate, a bit small but since were used to cabins on a cruise ship that didn’t matter at all. The room was serviced every day. In my personal opinion, I found the mattress a bit too hard but that’s just my preference. I always think that the $64m question is 'would I stay there again?' and the answer would be 'yes'.

I found the mattress a little too hard for my liking. But that is personal preference.

Room is small and simple, but clean and organized with everything needed for a few days' stay. Equipped with AC, hairdryer and TV, also bath complementaries. Staff is very nice and supportive, also reception available 24h. Location is strategic, in the middle between the train station and Arena di Verona, like 10 minutes of walking distance. There's also an option for breakfast in the morning, which, unfortunately, I couldn't try as it mismatched my schedule.

Please note that you'd need an Italian plug adapter. I managed to buy one in a supermarket (Eurospar) only 10 minutes away from the hotel.

What I liked: 1. The location: comfortably located at a walking distance between the main bus station (~ 10 mins) for the airport and the historic district (~ 10 mins). 2. The staff: super friendly and helpful with good English skills. 3. The cleanness: the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

What I found strange, didn’t necessarily dislike it, was the weird connection of the light bulbs with the sockets! I couldn’t recharge my phone or generally use the sockets without leaving the lights on! I could ask the staff though maybe they had some solutions but since I didn’t have any problems with that I didn’t bother to ask. However, it could be an issue if you wanted to leave your phone on charge over night!

Very convenient for the rail station for onward departure and ease of arrival from airport. My single room was very basic, but perfectly clean including small bathroom all in good working order. Aircon worked fine and full shutters on window helped to keep temperature down whilst out. No tea or coffee maker in room, but a cheap drinks machine on ground floor which was fine. Breakfast had a good choice and it was nice to be able to eat in pretty courtyard. Short walk into the main tourist area of town. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Nothing, given the low price.

We stayed here only one night and without having breakfast, so my feedback is based only on one time sleeping 😄. But overall everything was really good. The staff is polite. The room looks exactly like it's in pictures, so no worries for that. The room is clean, the wifi signal and speed is strong enough. The location is also awesome, you could easily walk to all famous places. So highly recommended.

Pillows are not very comfortable. But this is the second time I'm having such pillows in Italy, so maybe it's Italian pillow style and I'm the freak here 🤷🏻‍♂️

The location is just perfect to get from Porto Nuova train station on foot and you get to the city centre just in 5 minutes. All places are easily accessible from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice. The room was small but nice and clean.

There is no kettle, glasses to have tea or coffee or just a hot water if you need and you have to get it from the nearest cafe. Would be nice if this will be added. Also there is no blackout curtains on the window and the one on the window is transparent especially at night with the light on and there is a building opposite of the hotel.

Hotel Siena is located on a quiet street only a 10 minute walk away from the beginning of the vibrant city which is perfect location in my eyes! The staff were really friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful with any questions I had about events in Verona or transport queries. For breakfast they accommodated to my dietary requirements without hesitation, and you have the option to sit outside in a beautiful courtyard. I stayed in a single room which was all I needed for my short stay as a solo traveller. The bathroom was nice and new and clean. Could not recommend a stay at Hotel Siena more!

Good location near several nice restaurants, and only a short walk to the Arena and old town. The room was small, but comfortable, with good air conditioning and a reasonable bathroom. Very nice staff. It was reasonably priced, but only in relation to other hotels, which had astronomical rates during the opera festival.

Breakfast was Italian style, which was fine, but perhaps a little variety might have helped. We had exactly the same ham and cheese every day. Shower curtain was a nuisance.

Reception staff very helpful suggesting good local restaurants and tried to help with city bus routes to and from station which seem to follow different routes on Sundays ! Hotel secure with 24 hour desk . Location - Ten minute walk to Arena and Verona Centre Walking distance around 20 minutes with heavy luggage to station or nearby Flix coach stop for Bergamo airport and elsewhere . Luggage room Very well restored building.- good air conditioning when 36C outside . Modern lift Room adequate and comfortable enough - balcony nice .Twin beds as requested Courtyard breakfast - continental sufficient with nectarines on two of our three night stay . NB Trains to Lake Garda are regular, cheap and take less than 30 minutes …

Coffee at breakfast was bland for our taste
