The location was incredible. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony and the convenience of the location. The room was clean and up to date. It also had plenty of natural light to make the space very homey. It was a well equipped apartment that had all the basic items you would need. The bathroom was very large and relatively new. The shower was also big enough to bath comfortably. I found the sleeper sofa quite comfortable unlike most others I have slept on. There is a small elevator right in front of the door if needed. The apartment also has AC but, even with the daily temperature around 25 degrees, it was not needed. I would definitely recommend Truly Verona to others who want to visit Verona.

The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough to work properly in the bedroom.

We had a fantastic trip to Verona staying here! We typically stay at hotels and avoid the likes of AirBNB, but this apartment was in such a fantastic location and looked great on the pictures. The Juliet studio room is about 3 minutes walk to the arena, and is situated right next to a fantastic pizzeria called Leon D’oro so we felt like we were right in a sweet spot. The room itself was really big, fitted with modern furnishings and a great bathroom. We made great use of the kitchen’s mini fridge to store our wine and snacks while we sat on the small balcony people watching. Brilliant communication from booking to check out from the Truly Verona team, and they even watched our bags after check out to let us go explore the city for one more day before flying home. Would stay again and recommend to all!

We loved our stay in Verona. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment was in the heart of the city with the view from the balcony being the arena and short walks from the main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they sent us messages before we even arrived asking if there was anything they could do to help us. They went above and beyond to make our trip amazing.

We absolutely loved the apartment, the only thing that was a bit frustrating was below the apartment there is a bar that played very loud music until early hours of the morning (around 1-2am) both nights that we were there. This did keep us awake but this was not Truly Verona’s fault.

The staff were so amazing and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp. The location of the apartment was perfect. We could walk to all the main areas within 15 minutes. The air conditioning worked amazingly well and was definitely needed as it was around 35 degrees outside when we visited Verona. The apartment was clean, perhaps could do with replacing the toothbrush holder but apart from that it was great for what we needed!

It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to note that the bedroom is in the eaves so there is no wardrobe upstairs and there is a very low bed.

This is an unexpected find in Verona! The location for a start is hard to beat - only a short 2 minute walk to Piazza Bra where all the action is! The room itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The building doesn’t look so inviting from outside but once you enter the secure front door, you will find a marble staircase, lift and secure entry into your room. There was nothing lacking here, even a view from our first floor window over Piazza Cittadella made this the perfect place to stay in Verona.

We feel we have found a little gem. Great location very quiet but only a short walk into the centre of Verona. Spotlessly clean. Great comfortable bed and excellent shower. All facilities are high standard. The communication from Truly Verona staff was excellent and we left our case at the office on the last day. The bus stop literally a few minutes walk from the office to the station and you change for the airport shuttle so easy and no hassle. The office staff were excellent x we would definitely recommend the lovely apartment and Truly Verona absolutely excellent.

we recently stayed at this fantastic accommodation and had a truly memorable experience. The room was not only clean and well-maintained but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch. The location of the accommodation was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. What truly set this accommodation apart, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I felt like a valued guest.

The staff who we met were exceptional. Extremely helpful and even escorted us to the apartment to show us around the apartment. The location was absolutely perfect, centrally located to all the places we found ourselves going to. The room was beautifully presented and contained everything we could need. This was the best presented and maintained apartment of the 6 we have stayed in during our trip.

Nothing. The apartment was extremely impressive, but if I was to search for something, the upstairs neighbours seemed to be walking around at all hours of the night.

Great location within a 5min walk to the main square. The property itself looks and feels amazing with all the amenities you could want to hand. In my opinion it is also pretty stylish. The staff were excellent allowing us to drop off our luggage early at the office just around the corner and helping us to the apartment which they had cleaned and made ready for us early too. Highly rated property, friendly and helpful staff and just about the best location you could want. Loved Verona and this place made it all the more special.

We liked that the location was perfect, the excellant instructions on how to check in and the modern style and cleanliness of the apartment. We also liked that the apartment is very quiet because it is not facing the street.

The listing states that toiletries are included. Travellers should know that there are two bottles of hand wash, one of which is in the shower. There is no shampoo or conditioner so travellers should bring their own. The listing states that there is a courtyard view. Travellers should not expect a beautiful view. Perhaps should know that light comes in from the courtyard. The windows open so the apartment can be cooled. So it all works, it may not be the “view” you might expect.
