This is an ideal place to stay if you're on a short break as everything is situated nearby. Francesca was very friendly and advised us well about how to manage our time in the city. The accommodation was clean and tidy and we just about managed to stay cool enough in the 35 degree heat!

We were happy with our choice. The room was basic and the shower cubicle was slightly "tired", but otherwise good.

In a central but quiet area . easy to get to train station , restaurants and all the wonderful buildings , very close to the arena.. the property was in a wonderful old building and our room had a small balcony overlooking the quiet street .Francesca was a lovely and charming host , very knowledgeable and was able to recommend places to visit that we would not have discovered ..

the location is perfect, could not be more central. it’s a quiet little b&b, perfect for a relaxing stay or city break.

didn’t include breakfast,? even a few croissants can make all the difference. to be fair, I booked the day before I stayed so I probably didn’t get the best deal, that being said, I’m a big believer that if you treat your guests well, they will return.

Location very good and proprietor welcoming without being over the top. No lift was ok but should be clear in description as many older people may not be able to lug their case up 3 flights of stairs. Also, the rooms should have tissues and clean towels everyday. I would recommend.

It's in a great location to explore Verona, only about a minutes walk from the Arena. The room was clean and modern. The continental breakfast was very tasty with a choice of cereal, yoghurts, filled croissant, bread and Jams, juices and tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend this and when we return to Verona will be booking again!

a full length mirror or another mirror in the room (not in the bathroom) would have been an added bonus.

We were made to feel very welcome. An easy check - in, great night's sleep and a delicious continental breakfast.

It has the perfect location - just next to the Arena. The landlady was very welcoming and she came outside her usual shift to give us the keys. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

The room is a part of a bigger apartment- in total with 3 rooms so the insulation from sounds was not perfect- it was easy to hear the other guests getting inside or outside the B&B or talking in the common areas.
