Linda was amazing! My whole experience at FD Luxury rooms was wonderful. I took the train from Venice and wasn't sure the best way to get to my room from the train station. Linda offered to pick me up and even brought me back to the train station when I left. Such a sweet woman! Also, the room was incredible!! I actually had the whole place to myself because the other 2 rooms were vacant at the time so that was great as well! So cozy, beautifully decorated, location was very convenient and all around highly suggest staying here when visiting Verona!

All arranged with care and attention to detail. The host really thinks what a client would need or like - from a bottle of Spumante to a selection of coffees and teas, the coffee machine full of water, beauty crams and soaps, and so on . And a very helpful and kind host. Truly remarkable

The apartment is well kept everything in order and functioning but the style in my opinion is a bit kitch. But of course this is a question of personal taste. Apatr from this kudos 100 percent

Our host texted us to confirm our arrival time, kindly offered to pick us up at the train station. We arrived to a beautiful well kept room that was within walking distance to all of the sights. We were highly impressed. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Best goat we have ever encountered. Would very highly recommend staying at FD Luxury Rooms.

Nothing- it was all perfect

My wife and I choose FD Luxury Rooms to celebrate our 35's year wedding anniversary. The apartment - located no more then 200 meters fron the amazing Arena - was sparking clean and very well decorated, furnished with precious porcelains and many amenities. The location went well above our expectation; We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in the lovely romantic Verona. The host Linda really went the extra mile with her kindness and helpful advice about where to go fo the best restaurants. We will be back for sure. Ciao Linda Anna and Aldo

The antique fittings and furnishings were impressive. Our host was very helpful and found us at our pre- opera dinner location and gave us an English translation book of the Opera we were seeing.

The entrance to the building is not what we expected. We thought it was an apartment hotel but it was rooms in an apartment building. It was actually hard to find but our host was helpful.

We spent 3 nights at our FD room. Owner (Linda) was very helpful, friendly, informative and smart. We arrived by car, so the free on-site, gated parking was a very big plus for us. The provided parking area is a tight squeeze, but when you are near any old city center in Italy, you are fortunate to find a place at all. The furnishings are true antiques, and ornate to the point of being garish.... I mean this in a good and unusual way. The bathroom has gold fixtures and toilet, with a gold mosaic tile floor. There is a clothes washing machine in a shared area of the inn. Elevator made access easy. The location is about a city block outside of the old city walls. The area is active and safe day and night. The old city area is flat and easily walkable. The room is within minutes of shops, cafes, restaurants, and the old Roman arena. Yes, we would stay here again.

We could occasionally hear people in other rooms.

there is no info that this is a 3 bedroom apartment in a “modern” building. some of the room pictures included the kitchen which gave the false impression the room had its own kitchen. it is basically a flat share, that was not clear at the description. a bit expensive for little privacy.

excellent location, quiet neighborhood, just outside the crazy central zone. Owner (Linda) and her mom were very attentive, the service level was quietly efficient and very much appreciated. Breakfast was an add-on and essentially customized to what we preferred. Available washer/dryer was a definite plus, access to the kitchen was great. Went out of her way to help with car service transfer.

our only (very little) negative was the limited space from hanging clothes … just the coat rack, so we worked pretty much just from suitcase.

The owner Linda is so accommodating and very helpful with everything from restaurants to site seeing and also the best places for ice cream! the room is stunning with so many nice touches with everything you could possibly need. Linda has even provided Netflix and more so you can watch tv in English or any Language you require perfect location 5 mins to the Arena, supermarket a few minutes very quiet in the evenings no traffic to keep you awake! I will only stay here when visiting Verona !

There is nothing you can not like about this beautiful place

The whole property is amazingly decorated, like stepping in a movie set in the Baroque times. The attention to detail is amazing. Everything was super clean, luxurious, the bedding soooo confortable! Linda is the perfect hostess, made us feel like family 😊 the location is perfect for sightseeing, less than 5 mins to the Arena, on a quiet street. The whole stay was so pleasant! We will be back!
