Such a beautiful place, a little oasis of a garden area very close to the beach. Bruno is an exceptional host and goes out of his way to help. The breakfast is fabulous kept us full most of the day! Really good value and fresh produce. Rooms were very clean excellent aircon, shower. and a bonus to have a kettle and fridge. Soundproofing between rooms was very good. There is even a shower in the garden to use to clean off sand before returning. It’s a good 20 min walk into the old town which is beautiful. Thank you Bruno for a fabulous stay.

Bruno is an amazing host. The residence is better than the pictures. The location close to the sea and Vieste is perfect. The room was clean. The bathroom is very comfortable. The breakfast is a recommendation. Bruno was there to care of us and give excellent restaurant and excursion tips. Thank you!

perfect location, friendly hosts, clean apartment, we walked to the nearby beach every day, clean sand, slowly rising water. You can easily drive to incredible beautiful beaches nearby with pebbles or grottoes if you want something more exciting. Walk to the city enter is about 20 minutes.

We were in September and it was good choice. Nice private residence, quite, green and safe place, not far from main street and beach (just walk in narrow path), comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, net from mosquitos, small terrace near entrance where can have breakfast or spend evening with wine and book..kindly and attentive owner Bruno..thank you for hospitality :)

Just small note ;) coffee and croissant at an additional cost.. In not season time a breakfast (coffee and croissant) could be included in room price ;)

The property is situated in a garden in a quiet part of the town among palms. It is about 200 meters from the beach. The apartment had the best bathroom, modern well thought trough. It had all the needed amenities including special sockets with USB charges, heaven for IT guests! Our host Bruno was most helpful with anything needed, he even covered our car to protect the roof ( cabrio) from the pine needles😀

Spotlessly clean room, seemed very new with a lot of attention to detail ( small example - USB plug in the wall), simply decorated and comfortable bed and pillows. The only suggestion would be cosier lighting - the lights are very bright, also the bedlamp lights, so it's not ideal if one person wants to sleep while the other reads. The host was great, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast (10€ extra per person) was amazing and totally worth it - we are vegans and even so, the choice of freshly prepared homemade dishes was fantastic - savoury bruschetti and salads, cake, fruit salad, dried fruit and nuts, soy milk and yogurt, giant fruit salad and freshly pressed juice. All delicious and prepared with a lot of care. Thank you!
