What I liked about my room was the bed. The bed was very comfortable, that I overslept every morning.

No Pool 😪! The only thing that was missing was the swimming pool bought my swimming clothes. A no sign saying that the pool was closed. I just saw the door was locked and blocked. Other than that, there was just not enough parking period

I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast because it ended so early. We didn't leave out if our room until after 930am each morning. The breakfast should go on at least until 10:30 like at other hotels.

I didn't like how early breakfast ended. We missed it both nights of our stay because it ended at 9:30am. Also the beds are hard.

The Check in Staff was out of this World. I have never and I said never been treated so well as a guest at any hotel. I wished I knew their names but check on the day I checked in and please give these two Ladies a raise.

Well, I wanted a balcony, but they explained they were booked.

Everything was good.

The fact that they took out the pool and jacuzzi. The bathroom sink was clogged up. The fact that they rushed me for the payment when I was to pay when I arrived, so I was threatening that I could lose my room if I didn't pay over the phone before arriving.

Kam, who greeted us at the desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful. He was an excellent source of information about the facility and local amenities. A super representative of what hospitality service should be!

Great location and staff they were very friendly and eager to help in any way they could. Clean and comfortable stay..

They are in the process of renovating a building next to the hotel so it is affecting parking space

I can’t thing of one thing I didn’t like. from the time I walked until we left. the staff was so nice Kam at the front Sylvia the cook Christie & Ms Chery I meant all of them. plus the breakfast was outstanding.❤️

Very good location. Close to everything that you would need. Fast Food, restaurants, Walmart etc..

The market place to buy snacks or beverages was a very small selection and not stocked

The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. There was an ice machine on our floor which really made me happy.

Everything was good.

The breakfast was good and customer service was fantastic. We would recommend you facility to our family and friends. The scenery of the pond was beautiful with the ducks and their habitat living.

The use of the pool would have been nice to have.
