I choose Outrigger Reef Beach Resort for the location and beach access. The staff is always lovely especially the valets. The room was clean and spacious. It was a dream listening to such quality local music every night for free from my balcony.

This is the third time I've stayed at the property but the first since renovation. I was disappointed that there were not more dining options as in the past. The construction at the future Monkey Pod restaurant was unpleasant while sitting on the beach.

Loved the spacious, clean and welcoming reception to the hotel. The seating areas were great! The pool bar is really asset but not enough places to sit in the sun around the pool. The location of the hotel is great, Close enough but away from the noise!

Not enough sun beds in the sun around the pool, water for the shower was on the chilly side.

I really liked the renovations that have been made recently. The room had a nice "beachy" feel to it with shutters dividing the bathroom sink to the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach, right on the beach but you need to walk a few hundred feet to get to a larger berm area. The location is not right in the midst of Waikiki which could be a good or bad thing, depending on your likes. I liked it to be a little off Waikiki strip so it was a little less crowded and loud.

Need to have a hand towel bar near the sink area not in the bathroom with toilet and shower, which is separate. Thats about it! I really dont have much that I didnt like.

Room and resort very nice. Location right on the sea is nice, but no real beach in front of the property.

Price very expensive probably due to holiday period. All the tables at the pool bar / restaurant are table service, which is annoying when you just want to get a drink and sit in the shade. You can access the beach directly in front of the resort but its a strange entrance as you walk directly into a beach shower and then a hire desk.

The location was great, we were right on Queen's Surf Beach. I loved being able to access right from the hotel and even walk right to the beach without having to get into the sand in the morning. Everybody was super friendly.

We had 4 people staying in 1 room, with just a king size bed and had to ask for a roll away bed. The hotel was great and accommodated, but I feel that we should not have been given the option for 1 bed for 4 people.

The location was perfect! Pool, drinks, entertainment, staff were amazing! Also the Alkaline purified water stations were awesome! I will definitely be back, new favorite hotel!

The toilet on arrival in our room was left dirty but it wasn’t a big deal since I prefer to wipe room down with chlorox wipes and Lysol spray. The view made up for that and everything else was perfect with the property.

Beautiful location, views, and food. The team was also super helpful and welcoming. It's close enough to walk to everything in Waikiki, but far enough from the main beach that it wasn't quite as crowded. We saw turtles every day right behind the hotel by the breakwater.

We had a room by the elevator that was a bit loud at night, but the rest of the stay was perfect.

it’s right at the beach. Easier to wash and change at hotel room after water activities. There is live band playing Hawaii music at open restaurant at evening time, you can enjoy at room’s balcony even not hangout at the bar.

Cannot really pick anything to complain about. May be they should let guest know how to handle sand at shower room, just feel bad to bring sand in to the room but I think they expected.

Situated within walking distance to the main street in Waikiki this was a great choice for us. It was close to a few tour pick up spots too. Rooms were modern, a decent roomy size for 2 and were clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. Staff were extremely kind.

Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Felt very safe even at night, hotel staff were great and facilities were modern and well maintained

Breakfast included wasn't worth paying the extra money for, the menu had only a few items to choose from and the included drink was water, soda or tea. $10 extra for juice is ridiculous
