I loved the fact that it was close to the areas I was visiting and when I entered my room the tv had my name on it! The room was very clean. Even the sheets, cause one thing about me Ima check them sheets. It really felt like I was at home. I also loved the entrance. It was warming and made you feel like you staying somewhere with some class. Even the smell of the hotel, it wasn't overpowering but not too faint. Just smelled fresh and clean. And not like hospital clean like other hotels I've stayed in. It actually smelled like a teakwood or mahogany, woodsy and slightly floral scent. Just lovely! The staff from morning to night was so friendly and I could tell they enjoyed what they do. I was even offered waters coming and going. Other hotels don't even provide water or snacks. Overall, for the price I paid, it overly met my expectations. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit.

Only bad thing I have to say is the parking lot is too small. It was confusing for me at first and just not as big as it should be for that hotel. It did include charging stations and door parking to the diamond members, but for us regulars, be warned. Come night, it fills up quick. One night I came back very late, and it was literally one park left, THANK GOD! Other than that, I have no complaints.

The entry was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and understanding. We arrive late due to a long drive from Orlando and check in was very quick, thank you!

The sofa bed was not as comfortable, my nephew had to move over to my son's bed to have a good night sleep. The bedsheets, were fine but my mom who stay in another room, stated that the sheets were not so clean!

The location was perfect for our needs and easy to find.

I was charged by Booking.com for a change to my arrival date, that occurred due to a cancelled flight from ORD to PSN. United Airlines cancelled our flight so I had to push back our arrival date. At the end of our stay I was charged for a two day stay, when I only stayed one night.

Great location. Lots of restaurants close by. Walking in I had a very good first impression the lobby smelled and looked clean, so were the rooms. they had Neutragena brand for moisturizer shampoo and conditioner even included a makeup remover wipe which isn’t common so I loved that!

The only thing I could possibly say is that the walls for some reason felt paper thin. we could hear everything around us and the noise from the lobby but it didn’t bother us because it wasn’t something that went on all night.

the property was exceptional! everything was absolutely stunning! perfect location. breakfast was hot and fresh and tasty! A+

the bed wasn’t necessarily the most comfortable (which is minor, but still something I figured I would note for future mattress purchase by the appropriate team). also the alarm clock was set at random times that woke us up very earlier multiple times; this was this biggest issue because we had been traveling the entire day before.

the kind staff and the amazing breakfast that tasted fresh everyday. the staff worked hard and when the breakfast was almost over I was late too get down so she kindly took back out what I wanted so I wouldn’t miss it and it’s little things like that that would keep me coming back

Breakfast, personnel, room cleanliness all combined for a very nice stay.

Two things: Made reservation through BJ’s and then went to Hilton website and found same room was $9 cheaper. The $22 upfront temporary fee for necessities and then refunded back at checkout I consider a nuisance charge.

It was clean and comfortable. We liked our stay there, from check-in to check-out. We will probably stay there again.

I didn't like the shower. There was no pressure. I thought I was going to spend the whole day trying to get the.soap out.

couldn’t run ac consistently… the ac keep shutting off. stain on the chair in the room. not enough towels… we had 4 adults and 2 kids and the front desk would not give us enough washcloths.. we had to bring our used towels to the front desk and switch them out

Everything! if I could give more stars I would this location and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And let’s not talk about the gourmet breakfast!! I didn’t have to go out and buy any! I will be returning to this location for all my needs! Thank you!
