modern looking upscale. I liked the lighting. The kids really thought that was neat. I liked all the open area underneath everything even the bed. Very easy to keep clean for your staff and it’s things that a person like me who looks for cleanliness looks out for also. The beds were a little firm, but not cheap firm. I did like the different choices of pillows. Loved the fact that there was a little sign that told you you could just turn off the GFI on the wall socket to turn off the night light. Somebody actually had a towel jammed up underneath there. I guess not everyone looks out for reading material. Ha. Ha. The shower was huge, which was a plus. There were a couple pieces of hair in there, so that’s definitely an area to keep an eye out for with the maid service. I could clearly see them on the flat finish surface. The doors it was quite a loud noise which cascades down the hall. Might not be a bad idea to have even a pamphlet or a photocopy piece of paper with your check in. It just has all the ideas to keep it a pleasant day for everyone in the hotel. I think because it is designed differently. It made it a different hotel even though it had all the amenities of other hotels literally next-door. I think if you offered a 24 hour shuttle service, or at least backed it up a couple hours that would be a plus and would bring in more customers. This little snack area was great.

you have to change the smoke detectors. At least the one in Orlando airport, Florida. There’s a green, blinking light that illuminates half the room which was a little bothersome to my children but with closed eyelids, you could not see it at least my 50 year old eyes could not. either that or reposition it around the corner if hotel code followed.

I arrived at this hotel after a horrible travel experience, stressed and tired, which made me predisposed to find fault with everything. I just couldn’t though, this place and it’s staff is just so top notch. It’s a brand new hotel with amenities and style you don’t normally get at this hotel class or price point. If you are looking for the best airport hotel, this is it. - free airport transfers - incredible, mostly bi-lingual (Spanish and English) staff at all levels, from front desk to maintenance to the transfer driver. Henry was especially great and it was his first day working on his own, so you can tell they really prioritize customer service and do a great job training their staff - Bluetooth speaker mirror in the bathroom - Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea selections enough for four people - ice machines on each floor - sparkling clean and modern everywhere - water fountains to refill water bottles so less plastic waste. large bottles of toiletries in the shower which also is so much better for the environment - extra small toiletries available at no cost if you forget an essential - good sized room, plenty of room to spread out - cold mini fridge, not one of the lame “minibar” kind that barely keep anything cold - zero wifi issues - plenty of plugs to charge devices - held luggage after checkout I travel a ton and I honestly think this is a better hotel than some other 5 star luxury properties where I’ve paid 4 times the nightly rate.

this didn’t affect me because I was only in Orlando 2 days, but I noticed there were very few and very small drawers, and about 8 hangers, for organizing clothes for those that are staying longer and don’t want to live out of their suitcase. This being said, the staff is so great that I am sure if you messaged them beforehand they would find some way to accommodate you.

Literally everything about this hotel was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was the best food I've had at a hotel. I was skeptical but they said it was local chefs that come in to cook specifically for the hotel. Food and drinks were excellent! The airport shuttle was efficient. Considering we were coming back from a nightmare cruise, on site laundry was a blessing. Couldn't have been more pleased for the night.

I couldn't figure out how to turn the night light off of the mirror in the bathroom.

We were too early for served breakfast, but we did use the coffee machine which dispensed an excellent caffe latte. It was a bit difficult understanding where to pay. Could definitely use some small signage. The room was excellent and we loved the bed, pillows, and linens. Would have liked a microwave.

Breakfast could start at 6:30 or 7 am. The front desk woman was terrible and should not be working in hospitality. At no time did she welcome us, make us feel welcome or even smile until I told her to. I actually said”Geez, this job can’t be that bad.” A function of no or poor training. She was difficult to understand (I speak two other languages and lived overseas for years) She did not seem confident and only semi knowledgeable. Poor first impression for a very nice hotel.

We had dinner there and not only was the meal great but the waiter was fantastic! He was the only one there besides the bartender, and stayed calm, personable, attentive and anticipated when you might need something else without hovering. All-around great experience!

Front desk was initially abrupt when they couldn't find my last name (difficult to spell) and I tried to help them. When we later came down for dinner they were quite pleasant, so overall no big deal.

This property is very convenient to the Orlando airport. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. The rooms and hotel in general are nicely appointed , extremely clean and great rates. I ate dinner at the hotel the night of my stay and the food was surprisingly good. It tasted freshly cooked and the portions were generous. I travel frequently for business and I will definitely stay here again when I need to be in Orlando.

The Hotel was clean and well located. The room was very good, spacious and beautiful. The dinner lasted 1 hour and a half because of the hurracain Ian.. I know we were under an hurracaine but this is a luxury Hotel and no breakfast?. I asked just for a sanwich and the manager said we were so sorry ..no breakfast because the chef didn't come. The hotel next to us offered breakfast for everybody under the same circumstance. Mrs. Julia (Front desk) was so attentive and Mr. Bryan as well.The housekeeping manager was very attentive.

I have stayed at this property several times and the rooms are very nice. This time there were a few cleaning issues upon my arrival which was not typical of my previous stays. It was mostly taken care of. I did feel like some of the staff were hard to communicate with but I realize they are nice and working hard to be hospitable.

I wish they would put microwaves in the rooms and a better breakfast menu.

very close to airport, comfortable beds, very clean. the restaurant/bar in the lobby was had a very laidback atmosphere with excellent food. Staff all very friendly.

The airport shuttle didn’t start running til 6am and we had to be at the airport before 5am, so we had to book a Lyft driver. I suggest calling ahead to check on this if you need an early shuttle.

Brian greeted us and was so welcoming. He checked us in and realised my booking had been cancelled, but he was able to get us a room. All the staff were really friendly. The pool was nice and clean and not too busy. I like that even though I checked in late, there was still time for me to have a swim. Walking distance to the 7-11, really convenient for getting snacks etc. I would stay here again.

The egg white omlette for breakfast. The omelette was salty and so were the tomatoes. The spinach and mushrooms were watery and tasteless. I didn’t finish it and neither did my girlfriend. We tried to get a refund, but it was looking like a lot of hassle for the server so we just paid.
