I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. I’m used to airport hotels in this price range feeling run down, busy, and noisy. And smelling weird or off-putting. That was not at all my experience here. I had the best sleep after all day flying from Alaska, the room was spacious and very clean. No weird smells, adequate AC, and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I went seeking nearby dinner and later airport shuttle. They suggested two nearby restaurants right across the street that offered discounts for hotel guests. I was sad to leave the next morning and when I arrived at my Universal resort room for the remainder of the week, honestly I missed this hotel especially since it was a workation and this hotel room had a fantastic desk setup. Big plus, even staying in the corner nearest the airport, I didn’t experience nuisance airplane or traffic noise.

Nothing to not like!

The hotel was in a prime location with the airport just minutes away and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was great and the were able to check all 4 of our rooms in early. The shuttle service was excellent and will take you within 2 miles of the hotel no just to the airport so that was great.

The shuttle service was great coming in we had a scooter that broke down for easy transport. We were able to put it on the shuttle with no problem. However as we were leaving they informed us that it was a liability to the company and we would have to wait for private transport which they paid for so that was great but it took an hour for them to come and we almost missed our flight thankfully it was delayed or we would have missed it.

Very quiet room. The design of the room had the bathroom and wet bar on the hallway side of the suite. This insulated the sleeping area from hallway noise. The breakfast included a wide variety of hot and cold items; scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes, oatmeal, dry cereals, pastries, fruit, and juices. Breakfast staff frequently rotated in new dishes of hot items and kept a close eye on availability of food items. Check-in staff were very available and helpful with questions about computer room use and with providing complimentary toiletries. The hotel had a very clean laundry room with a large number of coin operated washers and dryers on the third floor. Laundry detergent was available for purchase from check-in staff. Location couldn't be beat for availability of restaurants and access to the Orlando Airport (MCO). We were able to leave the hotel in the morning and drop off our rental car within 10 minutes.

The breakfast was very satisfying, the staff were friendly and the free shuttle to and from the airport is very handy

I am a wheelchair user and when we were picked up at the airport we put the chair in the bus and got to the hotel, the driver booked our shuttle to the airport for the next day. the next day we were told that we could not put the chair on the bus as it was motorised, we informed the staff that it had come on the bus the night before and she said it should not have done. They offered a solution for us and that was to get a taxi for us payed by them. we agreed, only to find that they did not send a taxi big enough for 2 people my motorised chair and our luggage. We managed to squeeze it all in but it was an uncomfortable 8 minute ride to the airport.

Airport Pick up was simple and efficient, as was the return trip to the airport. The Breakfast was outstanding. Some of the food could have hotter but that was the only issue. The variety of food options was next to none. The Gym was adequate for my needs The Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I was a bit concerned about the non use of masks at breakfast but that would be my only complaint

Awesome staff! Our flight was delayed by 7 hrs & finally cancelled by 2 am. We needed a hotel that’s close to the airport, has free shuttle service from/to airport & will allow us to stay in the lobby before we check in. I called 3 hotels & was outright told NO when I explained our situation as stranded travelers & that we needed to be somewhere else other than the cold & crowded MCO at 3 am. On the flip side, Jorge at Hampton at Gateway Village told me that we he was going to send a shuttle to pick us up & that we could stay in the lobby before check in. Crystal checked us in early at 1 pm & gave us toothbrushes & toothpastes since ours were packed in check in luggage that were already on the plane that didn’t take off. Andrea was just so kind when she learned of our situation. We also loved their hot buffet breakfast. The hotel is also walking distance to restaurants like IHOP, TGIF, etc. We visit FL at least 3x a year & will definitely book here again, hopefully, not just because our flight was cancelled. 😊

We flew in late, they have a 24/7 shuttle, so while our plane was late arriving I wasn't worried about getting to the hotel by a certain time. The room was big and spacious for the 5 of us, and the breakfast was really good. The staff was out and present cleaning and refilling all the breakfast food so nothing ran out. Lots of cruisers like us, so it was busy, but they kept everything moving.

The lights were confusing. Which switches went with what lights, and somehow I felt like I needed more lighting in one area of the room. I couldn't see that well.

We live in Florida and had a very early flight the next day so we were only there to save us from a longer trip in the morning. The hotel was very nice and walking distance to several eating establishments. The airport shuttle was on time for a very short trip to the terminal. Our one night stay included parking for our vehicle for up to 10 days for only about $10/day, half of what it would have cost at the airport!

The pillows were a Little too soft for me.

We arrived early to the hotel coming in from a cruise and the front desk was able to put our luggage away until a room became available. They called me after about 30 minutes saying our room was available for early check-in. The rooms were big and very nice. I really appreciated the kind service at the front desk and allowing us to do an early check-in. The staff was fantastic. We also utilized the airport shuttle which was very convenient.

No complaints

The front staff are exceptional! The housekeepers are kind as well. My room was spotless, I felt like everything was truly deep cleaned! All the amenities were fantastic, and the location rocked. Traveling as a woman alone, I felt very safe here. Will definitely be staying here for my next trip to Orlando! Also the staff decorated for Halloween and it was SUPER cute : )

My room was right next to the linen chute, so I was constantly hearing banging and noises all day while I was working. Nothing I couldn't handle, just something to be aware of if you're sensitive to sound! Breakfast was your standard mediocre hotel breakfast.
