They gave me clean towels and changed the bed sheets when I asked.

Your site listed this motel under "Airport Shuttle Provided." There was no shuttle. Please correct this. I waited in vain and it was hours before I finally arrived by bus. To add insult to injury, I was told I had to pay a $20 "late check-in fee" when I got there. I explained but still had to pay $10. He said I should have called. I told him I had tried calling to no avail.

The room was clean. I landed in LA at night and due to some confusion in the airport I arrived in the hotel nearly at midnight but still was able to check-in.

People were smoking weed near my room. I was a bit scared about my safety. I just stayed there to pass the night and left ASAP in the morning. There was not even a plastic cup to drink a glass of water. There was no wi-fi. What I have seen in booking.com vs what I experienced was a lot different.

I had to paid 5$(deposit) for the key card sheets had burn marks from cigarettes and chair was stain with God knows what.

The fitted sheets are dirty, The holes in the wall were patched by tissue paper and plastic bags.

Nothing.

Everything. Staff was super obnoxiously rude. I’m pretty certain they, like many Los Angeles Indian- Americans dislike other races of color and tend to discriminate. It’s so sad.

I wasn’t able to go to the motel because they cancelled my reservation hours before arriving sending me a text message. I paid the night in advance and they are not doing the refund to me.
