the bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect

I didn't see a "resort fee" listed in my booking and they were insisting on charging it. After booking.com spoke with them they didn't charge me. The resort fee is a stretch since you have to pay for a water bottle in your room. There are no resort amenities at this location.

I loved the size of the room and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the washroom was also fantastic - huge mirror and excellent shower. the magnolia bar is such a great space to both work during the day and meet friends, and all the food and drinks were fantastic! the hotel is also beautiful - a really lovely space overall.

staff at the restaurants are slow so you may be waiting a while before you can flag someone down. i was never told automatically that it was happy hour, although I was always given a happy hour menu when asked. it would have been nice if the lights on the bedside tables were dimmable! as my windows all looked into other rooms as opposed to having a view, it would have maybe been nice to have a privacy screen that still let the light in when the shade was down.

the location was great. very close to crypto arena and the convention center.

the facility/resort fee. i wish the wouldn’t have told me about it. i didn’t use any of the amenities. i didn’t use the pool, I didn’t go to any museums, I don’t drink coffee. i paid 25 dollars per night for bottled water. i

The checking and door service staff were lovely and highly professional, especially (Reggie? sorry we missed his name)? Gentlemen from New Orleans who helped us with our bags on checkin and brought a lovely welcome platter to our room. Room was lovely. Have stayed here a number of times and always been great. Staff were highly accommodating for any requests we had.

Hotel staff were protesting outside our window and woke us every morning at 7am which did start everyday off in an undesirable way. Bar staff are inexperienced (the ones we dealt with) unsure how to make basic drinks and asking each other for recipes, might have had the most expensive and worst tasting mojito of my life. As an impartial suggestion I felt $50 usd per day plus the expectation of tips at each pick up and drop off of our car was a bit steep. Parking txt system didn't work so we had to wait for the car every time we needed it.

We love the room and the decor and as soon as we checked in we did have to wait for our room but the staff were very welcoming and professional. My husband and I felt like we were at home with our own personal friendly staff. We will go back again to enjoy the pool and the restaurnt.

The only thing I didn't like was my view we were too high up to really see the beautiful pool and the hotel had an odor in the elevator and the room we had also smelled a little stale or old. My advice would be to have air freshner in the rooms for the guest to use at their leisure.

Great hotel. There's a very nice restaraunt and cafe/bar downstairs with legitimately good food, and they don't badger you about sitting and working on your laptop. I got a free room upgrade (this probably influences my perception of the value of this hotel, admittedly) into a great suite. In a very unwieldly city for transit, you can get pretty much anywhere from this hotel without ridiculous travel times.

Once, based on the tables that were available in the dining area, I had to eat at a table that really wasn't made for dinner (it was like a coffee table).

So after a really bad experience with ANOTHER hotel earlier that evening, I was more than just frazzled when we arrived. However, the front desk staff was so incredibly welcoming, helpful and professional that I felt immediate calmer. Throughout our stay, my husband and I were amazed by friendliness of the staff. They are so warm and helpful while being ultra efficient and professional. We have already decided that this will be our "go to" hotel whenever we are visiting Los Angeles.

The rooms are on the small side but they are incredibly comfortable. I definitely recommend the junior suites if you have two or more people in the room.

The staff was amazing especially Ron I didn't get his last name but he was super helpful and kind! The location was perfect for the event I was going to and the food was awesome I've never had a hotel with such amazing food.

The only thing I can think of would be the elevators. With only the two of them it was really slow at times.

This hotel is amazing and a good value. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel and decor is beautiful and stylish. And the beds are comfy. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. This will be my go-to hotel when I'm in L.A.

Parking is expensive at $49 but there are valets. The coffee machine was broken, but I only stayed t one night and informed the front desk who said they would replace it immediately. I know they're probably trying to be sustainable but the complimentary provided in the room is boxed water; and I don't like those because the water just tastes like cardboard.

The room and the bathroom were large and nice, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Customer service was GREAT, people at reception were really kind to us and prepared for every need. We asked to switch room and they provided one for the next day. The pool is nice and clean, we went for a swim in the morning and there was nobody, so peaceful.

The first room they gave us had a small bathroom, and that was not super clean, I found somebody's hair on the toilet and in the shower. Also, the room was connected to the next one, so we could hear everything the other guests said and done, it was not great, that's why we asked to switch to another room, and they gave us another one first thing the next day. The second room was great.
