You should make it known that Valet is an $47 charge.

The valet was very nice. The room was clean and well decorated. The bathroom and shower were nice.

I had to wait in line to check-in for a very long time. Someone cut in line to ask a question and ended up taking a good amount of time from the person working the counter resulting in an even longer wait.

The rooms are lovely. There was a problem with my first room, so I was upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. But both rooms were high standard. The shower water pressure in the suite was the best in any hotel I've stayed in. The hotel was as described, which is very important. The views are great from both rooms, not just the suites. Convenient location. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back for the TGAs.

No breakfast included and it's very expensive to add it $30 per day!!? I received breakfast vouchers with my upgrade though. The breakfast is very tasty with good options. My standard room was quite gloomy, compared to the suite. But it was still nice.

The location was perfect. Everything was less than 30 minutes away. The room and the stunning view was exceptional. The staff and valet was absolutely outstanding with their hospitality

The location at night could be a bit shaky but we didn't go out much and always went with car, so no big issue for us. Valet parking at the hotel was quite expensive which added to the bill. We found parking opposite to the hotel at slightly lower price.

The property was great. Well decorated, cool vibe, while still down to earth and relaxed. all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could have had better lighting and needed it's own trash can. There were no mirrors in the room (only in the bathroom) so that made it more difficult to share the space when showering/getting ready, but nothing insurmountable. Good outlets/USB ports available next to the beds. Comfortable bed/pillows. Quiet room. Cool decor.

Valet parking was pricey but not surprising in that location.

forgot to service our room on one day , by the time we returned it was to late 530 pm as house keeping had gone home to get service . HEADS UP for bookings . hotel has no laundry facilities as indicated on your profile . Also breakfast is no longer buffet since Covid . So hotel giving $30 credit towards breakfast ( allows for a continental breakfast with juice and coffee just about ) Also would appear on weekends there are charges for using some of the pool seating so not always complementary.

The concierge at check-in did their best for me to solve out booking complications. They were friendly and helpful. The elevators are modern-cool, with dark tones in the daytime and well-lit in the evening. Good location for walking to the convention center, restaurants, etc. Quiet rooms, you cannot hear disturbances from the outside. The room has a view of the never-empty freeway. Makes you really feel like you're in LA, for better or for worse.

Their check-in system does not accept NFC payments (tap and pay feature). Please work on fixing this basic requirement.

Strange at this price point there was no coffee, only tea for the Keurig in the room. Also strange that there was no complementary bottled water in the room. These are things I get at a Holiday Inn Express at half the price. There is an ice bucket in the room, never found anywhere I could get ice. Overall like the hotel, find the amenities lacking especially for the price.

Nice staff, speedy elevators, excellent restaurant, very comfy beds, great shower, could open window for fresh air., very pleasant cabanas and outdoor sofas in pool area.

The furniture is showing its age, with bald spots in the upholstery, 18 Social was closed for the duration of our stay, pool furniture had reserved signs (and no one was using it), pool was small.
