I was a bit skeptical about booking here online but was relieved when i saw the building. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Theres an underground gated parking lot which made me feel safe and secure. They have a beautiful maintained pool. The room was very roomy and clean. The bed was so comfortable . I read bad reviews about the breakfast but honestly i didnt mind it was a TO Go bag with frozen items. They were name brand items such as Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Belvita breakfast bars, a frozen strawberry waffle and a bottle of water. I had a room in the back which was super quiet at night and i slept like a baby. I would definitely be back in a future.

Wonderfull staff. Great place to stay. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. We had a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had at the hotel....the dream of every person with long hair😀. The parking was free!!! They have a parking area behind the hotel and under the hotel as well. This Hotel is within a walkable distance to Madame Tussauds museum, Wax Museum, and a Walk of Fame.....just a 7-10 minutes walk. It was nice to not stress about parking by the museums. This hotel is in very convenient location.

The room is not sound proof so you can hear people talk outside of your door. Our room was right by the stairs though so that was expected.

The staff were very helpful and very nice. The location was perfect to get to the Walk of Fame and other tourist spots. The beds were comfortable. The pool area had a great seating space.

The breakfast was a grab and go. Basically a water bottle, pre-made waffle and pre-made egg sandwich. Not what I expected. We didn’t eat it. You needed to keep signing into the wifi. The pool could have been cleaner.

The property was close to everything. We never had to drive unless we were going somewhere outside the city. It was maybe like a 5 min walk to Hollywood BLVD. One review stated the area was sketch, well from what I saw there were homeless people all over Los Angeles and Hollywood, even around the really expensive hotels. I never saw any hanging around our hotel it was really nearest the walk of fame. Regardless, I felt completely safe and the hotel had secure underground parking and doors only accessible with your key card. Only the lobby could be accessed without a key. The staff was phenomenal. They were so kind and helpful! Our room was clean and smelled good upon entering. We had a nice view of the pool and we met some very nice people that were also guests there. I will definitely be staying here again until the future. Great stay for a great price.

Staff members are friendly and location was not bad

I was waiting for more than 10 minutes to check in because no one was on the front desk. It says breakfast included but no one told me about it and I didn’t see any. The room is not bad but would prefer carpet over the hardwood floor

There were young people in our party that were very excited about being in Hollywood - near places they had seen in the movies. It was a rather "seedy" location, but it worked well for our needs and desires: close to the airport and to the sights of Hollywood. The hotel was fine and clean.

There was considerable homelessness around.

This is our 3rd time staying here and each time we discover something new. The location is great, close enough to walk up to Hollywood Blvd. There are tons of restaurants and other places like nail salons, there’s a Ross around the corner for those items you may have forgotten. The parking is included with the rate, it can get a bit cramped if you stay out late, but we’ve always been able to secure a spot. The staff is friendly, we were able to check in an hour early and get settled. If you are looking for a clean and affordable place while visiting the Hollywood area, give them a try.

I like the professionalism of the staff.

I didn't like that I couldn't have a friend over and that was one of my reasons for my visit to LA. But once I told the desk clerk he informed me that I could have a friend over but not different people coming in and out of my room.

quick check in and nice pleasant down to earth front desk staff. great room with fridge n microwave oven and coffee maker. comfortable bed with up to date chargers for phone. great shower and very modern room

parking in the facility was hard to find inside the building

The staff were very friendly and informative. as for the property, It was comfortable and a good value for the price. I recommend and would definitely stay again.
