1) super comfortable mattress and pillows (not too puffy/not too flat) 2) plenty of space; 3) well-lit room 4) Lots of TV channels.

1) Tub faucet would not turn off. It was running when we checked in and we couldn't get it to stop, could have easily filled up a waste basket full of water in 1 hours time. NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!! WASTING LOTS OF WATER! We reported it but not very convinced it was going to be addressed. CA is having extreme water shortage; this needs to be repaired! 2) Weak Wifi but perhaps we were trying to use wrong one.

Great location at intersection of the 5 and the 46. Rural location in dusty agricultural area so difficult to keep pristine but our room clean. Breakfast fine. Staff helpful.

First and foremost there were no bugs!! Due to the area I had expected bugs, but I was happy to say we did not have problems. The guests were quiet, but its a hit and miss when traveling. The front desk staff was very polite. They allowed me to inspect my room before hand. There are many food options nearby, fast food, or sit down. They do have a pool to get cooled off in, but I did not take advantage of swimming in a giant bathtub. This is a trucker pit stop area, and with all the trucks coming and going, it was very quiet.

The downside...there are many feral cats wondering the property area. In addition, a single bed room should have at least 2 shower towels. My wife and I had to share a towel to dry off with. Room service was rude in the morning...knocking on the door at 8:55 am, then again by another maid at 9 am. I specifically told them I wasn't ready and on the second go around, they tried to open the door. HINT...make sure you LOCK the bottom lock on the door. This way the maids key card will not work if they try to enter (i failed to do that, hence, they opened the door).

Easy for stay over while traveling. No problems checking in in the middle of the night, quick and easy. Clean enough, comfortable enough!

Price is higher than expected for this type of property in this type of location.

the room was nice and comfortable. I like that there was a sink outside and inside the bathroom. the breakfast there was also very good, and the staff was extremely nice.

Convenient, quiet enough with the fan running to block highway noise, great blackout curtain for sleeping.

Not many meal choices in town. Breakfast was standard for the place, price.

We were very impressed with the staff member, Harry, who was manning the desk and overseeing the breakfast buffet. A very nice man who enjoys his job and makes those around him feel better.

Loved the bed it was so comfortable soft as a cloud. Needed a couple more bath towels for two people. Always am satisfied we stay at least once a year

Room location in the back. Otherwise pretty happy.

Staff were very friendly & try their best to help customers. Some customers were extremely rude to the staff, I felt sorry for them taking such unecessary abuse from Male & Female Karens. Will return again!
