Studio 6-Buttonwillow, CA

Staff is lovely. Right off the 5 freeway. Great for those needing a place to crash for the night during their journeys. Utilities are updated and come with a big fridge, sink, microwave and oven. Water, pressure in the shower and quickness to heat up was heaven.

No potable water provided and the tap water of the town is not safe to drink. Not even a kettle or pot to boil some water for drinking. The heaters apparently often requires some special jimmying to make work. I was not till about it until after the fact. No signs about it in the room. IN BETWEENS Mattresses were comfy, bed frame squeaky and felt like could fall apart. “Breakfast” was the option for some basic cereal or to make a waffle with only syrup to put on it. Hurray for brekkie, boo for no bitter or healthy options.

Office was cool maintenance man was rude as hell asked for a job he said he had enough people that won't work never met him before that time people should be more wanting help if they got workers that don't work I asked the guy to do something an he did it fast an did a good job at it I think it was the bosses fault not only disrespectful to me song for a job but don't appreciate the help he dose got poor man office staff was top notch great help an good information about areas an helping me with directions an price

Loved the staff, they work every hard to keep place clean, MGR was professional, courteous, and experienced in hospitality, the studio was cute, place is in renovations, but totally workable, again its very clean, yes there are flies, but the establishment is out in the farmlands, which I loved because it brought back my memories of our Family Farm in Wisconsin

The location was not good, but the price would be higher if it was closer to anything

I liked the fact that there was free breakfast (you can make your own waffles and coffee) it is simple and nice that they provide this

Didn’t like the smell from the property surroundings, it also looked a bit dirty. The room was clean and didn’t smell anything so that’s fine

kitchenette were great! Allowed me to bring and cook food for my family rather than serving them fast food. We did bring our own dishes and pots just in case and glad I did as they didn’t have them. I am assuming due to Covid-19.

could have been a little cleaner, corners had been skipped in the restroom and the towels while clean had stains. I did see one bug when I first walked in but that was it.

Great room for the price.. more than I expected. It was clean and everything worked fine. I like that breakfast starts at 2am as we had to hit the road at 4am.

The only thing I didn't like is that the time of year wasn't optimal for using the nice pool that was there.

For some reason ESPN and ESPN Chanel’s just had a frozen image, couldn’t watch anything on those channels and front desk couldn’t help. Also no shampoo or conditioner, just soap

The room was clean and the comfort level was fine. Staff was excellent. Location to local eateries was excellent. I would recommend this property for overnight accommodations as it fit our needs well.

The grounds need some attention and routine daily clean up would benefit the property. The tub needed to be replaced. Through no fault of staff, a big argument outside the room woke us in the middle of the night.

bed was a little bit lumpy/clunky, almost felt like a fold-out sofa bed because it rattled when you sat down on it, but we slept ok. receptionist was not wearing a face mask in the middle of pandemic
