Amazing area! The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean, good view from the rooms, I like that there is a person before the elevators confirming you are actually staying there (feels more safe)

Beware.. when you go to check in they will try to get you to pay more for "a nicer room" or "better location". Dont fall for this. Its not worth it. Either the room you are already staying in is good OR they will still give you a better room even when you decline. Also, at check out, BEWARE, they added $80 of mini bar items to our check & to our parents check as well (different room).. we never even opened or used any of the items (considering they charge $10+ a water bottle).

Location was amazing&staff are friendly

You have to pay $75 just to use the fridge which is ridiculous considering to stay at this hotel is already expensive. The furniture in the rooms can be updated, the shower leaks uncontrollably into the bathroom. Only 2 people can use the wifi, everyone else has to pay $14.00. I was trying to check in 15 minutes early and there’s a $30 charge. definitely wouldn’t stay here again, location was amazing however&staff are really friendly

An impressive hotel, huge with renaissance architecture

It is not a hotel with casino, is a casino with hotel. So nobody cares about the guests, there is no concierge and you have to queue for everything

I thought it was disappointing that there wasn’t small finishing touches in the room & we paid £1,297 for 3 nights & there wasn’t a hairdryer or complimentary coffee or tea in the room, there was a coffee machine in room but you had to paid £20 for the coffee pods & £7.00 for the water to use in machine & no milk available & Mini bar prices was so ridiculously expensive eg £11.99 for a small soft drink ( Soda) it seems to be a Money making hotel .

I was disappointed that even to make a coffee in the room would be added to the bill. Complimentary coffee should be included as standard.

The hotel is quite nice and deserves a visit.

We were 4 people in a room (2 adults and 2 children) travelling with in total 5 mobile phones, 1 tablet, 2 laptops. Included with the daily rate (around $400) we had only wi-fi connection for 2 devices. For any additional device wi-fi connection we had to pay $14 per day. I found this quite annoying, during our trip we stayed in 10 other hotels across the US and this has been the only place giving us this limitation. I well accepted to pay higher prices in the various bars and restaurants around the hotel because some venues were unique and with a good level of service, but I found quite annoying this extra costs on wi-fi not really justified by what offered

We had a very spacious and comfortable room at Caesar's Palace. It was within walking distances of restaurants and shops.

The most discouraging and upsetting part about our stay was having to pay for our coffee in the morning. The fact that we had to purchase a coffee kit was disappointing. I feel there should have been a little "pay back" to simply say "thank you" for staying at Caesar's Palace.

The property aside from the Form Tower was amazing. the shops, the casino, restaurants, spa, and pool were top of the line and the location was right in the middle of the strip. I would stay at this resort again but never again in the Form Tower.

This was our first time staying here and we didn’t realize there are several towers within Caesars Palace. Not realizing what we booked we chose the Form Tower which we found was one of the oldest towers, the room was dated, furniture chipped, drain in shower did not drain properly, no bath, no mini fridge, there were Oreo crumbs left all over one of the end tables from a previous guest, sheets had stains and the toilet would continuously clog. One time I had to call 3 times before someone showed to fix it, in which we waited an hour and thirty minutes for.

very pretty, very central location. shower was huge, bed was very comfy. lots of shops within the hotel would stay here again.

mini fridge costs $75 if you want to put anything of your own in there the big pool was shut during my stay there which is honestly the only reason I booked Caesar’s. i was coming from coachella and wanted two days relaxing by a pool before going to a cheaper hotel and doing Vegas but the smaller pool was sooooo crowded because the big one was fenced off. also I found the hotel hard to navigate but that’s a me problem I don’t pay attention when someone else leads the way.

we had fun in the casino. It was a good place to see people, eat and have a good time.

check-in was very very crowded and we used the automatic check-in. We needed help to get the ID excepted and so forth. It was a bit of a troubled time we used the automatic, because the other area was simply too crowded. Automatic check-in is not that great. our room was dirty. Truly, the bathtub was still filled with water from the former guests.
