Location right on the beach. Breakfast. Walk to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

The hotel has outside repairs going on so there was a lot of noise.

The staff was exceptional! The beds were VERY comfortable and the overall room was nice. We ordered drinks from the outside bar. The bartender was nice and the drinks were good. We also ordered room service and it was excellent. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We will stay here again.

I was a little shocked with the view of the room for the price point paid. We mostly had a view of the roof instead of the ocean. Normally this would not bother me except for the price of the room and the description never mentioned any type of obstructed view or side view, so I found it a little misleading. One elevator was not working so that was a bit of an inconvenience. We only stayed one night and left very early the next morning so I'm not sure how long it was down.

Access to the beach was excellent. Although not in an oceanview room, I could still see the ocean from my room. I believe all rooms have a balcony, which lets the sea breeze in. I especially loved their warm cookie when we first checked in. The beach was beautiful, lovely, and clean. Not too packed either. The room got really cold, real quick, which I loved as my husband calls me "the ice queen" as I love the cold.

The pillows weren't as fluffy as I'm used to in various hotels, but overall it was a nice stay. In my experience, there wasn't much to complain about at all.

They gave me a cookie at check in. The hotel was nice and clean.

The customer service at the front desk could have been more attentive a guest before me had to get the lady’s attention so she would acknowledge him. Then I had to do the same even though I was standing right behind him. They also gave me a room with a crane right in front of it so it kind of ruined the view.

Great room, ocean view. Ample parking, even with a convention using the hotel. The staff was exceptional. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Even though we didn't eat breakfast there, we had dinner from the restaurant several times. Hats off to the chef(s). Top-notch food! Keep it up!

The hotel needs to upgrade some things. Coaxial cable TV, that loses signal every few minutes. Switched rooms and it didn't help. Internet based with HDMI cables would have probably been better.

The beds and pillows are sooo comfortable. The staff was also super nice. I got in town a couple of hours early and they accommodated with an early check in. They also have warm cookies at the front desk! The location is perfect because it’s like having the beach literally in your backyard.

It was a little steep in terms of pricing - $400 for one night, and even though the stay was great, I wouldn’t say it was worth that. The morning of mt checkout the fire alarm went off. Not the property’s fault, but after the evacuation they didn’t extend the time for breakfast so I didn’t get to go. Also be sure not to visit Molly’s - not directly attached to the hotel but the staff will point in that direction because it’s right behind the property. The staff at the restaurant is prejudiced against Black people.

Buffet for breakfast was great. Food and drink service was fast and friendly. Room service was fast as well. Pier was a bonus at night as you could watch the stars. Beautiful stretch of beach. 911- 912 ocean view could see bridge and Vape Lookout with binoculars. Coffee at breakfast was good and strong. Would do this again for sure.

Ocean Front but Ocean View on the ocean side high floor was nice.

I liked the view, the room was very comfortable and the facilities included a gym, pool, jacuzzi and a restaurant with the bar attached. Very easy and convenient

A little ran down, the bathroom was not updated and one of the sliding windows at the pool was slightly opened which shouldn't be a problem during the summer but in the winter it can get cold.

Location was awesome. Beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable. On site restaurant was good with a nice breakfast buffet.

The toilets should be replaced with handicapped height. They were too low and the toilet paper holder was so far away, we had to take the paper off and place it on the bathtub. The elevators need some kind of carpet, with wet, drippy people coming in off the beach, there was always puddles and sand on the hard floor, not a good combo. The building as a while is showing signs of wear and tear which is normal.

I used booking was told on the website breakfast included when I checked in was told different one of the main reason i got this hotel and the indoor pool which smelled like straight up chlorine that you could smell before you got near the pool and I didn’t know it was pet friendly or I would never stayed here other than that it was ok
